The US stock market just hit a new high, should we just copy the previous rally? The latest trading day has already given an uncomfortable reminder.
On October 8, the Nasdaq dropped about 1.3%, with tech stock pullbacks dragging the index down; but most components in the S&P 500 rose that day. The pullback after the new high did not show all stocks exiting together. Capital's attitude toward different companies is already diverging.
This makes me more skeptical of the saying "As long as the AI direction is right, price doesn't matter." With high macro interest rates, the market can still reward growth; but once growth expectations are raised high enough, even slight changes in earnings reports can lead to valuation adjustments first. Industry demand is strong, and a company being bought at a high price can coexist with these two facts.
The truly frustrating phase is often when the story still holds, but holdings start to disappoint. When continuing to add positions, the question should be more specific: to what extent must future profits grow to justify today's price? If the answer can only rely on continuously raised long-term forecasts, the position bears more unfulfilled promises.
A one-day pullback is not enough to declare the tech rally over. The heat brought by the new high is still there, and next it's up to the companies' actual performance to respond. I will recalculate the companies that have already risen: if the price can only be justified by more distant forecasts, then hold back the urge to chase the rally for now. Earning a little less is regrettable, but buying at a high price just for the hype is even worse.
#标普500首次站上7800点,纳指再创新高 High-frequency operations are suitable for L2, but high-value states do not necessarily have to leave the mainnet
Ethereum mainnet and L2 do not need to compete for the same usage. A large number of small transactions, game actions, and social interactions prioritize speed and cost, making L2 more reasonable; high-value collateral, critical governance, and final settlement prioritize neutrality, liquidity, and the strongest social consensus, so the mainnet still holds a unique position. Putting everything back on L1 is expensive, and moving everything to L2 also introduces new dependencies.
The real issue is not "which layer wins," but which states are the hardest to recover once errors occur. Frequent but retryable operations can accept a more flexible execution environment; states that determine the ownership of large assets should prioritize exit capability, upgrade permissions, and settlement finality. When users see low fees, they should also understand what security assumptions they are trading off.
I am optimistic about $ETH because it can simultaneously serve as the base settlement and the anchor for scaling layers, not because every transaction must happen on the mainnet. The choice of which layer an application uses should be jointly determined by asset value, operation frequency, and exit requirements. If layering is done right, L2 expands usage space while L1 holds the ultimate boundary; if done wrong, it just hides complexity behind a cheaper interface.#BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 Institutional funds in Bitcoin began to show clear divergence. On October 7, the US spot BTC ETF saw a single-day net outflow of about $485 million, marking the largest outflow since June 25. Among them, BlackRock IBIT saw an outflow of about $208 million, Fidelity FBTC about $105 million, and ARKB under ARK 21Shares about $102 million. The net inflows that had just accumulated in early October were directly reversed by this large-scale redemption. Why is capital suddenly shifting? On one hand, the Middle East situation has pushed up oil prices, reigniting inflation concerns; On the other hand, long-term US Treasury yields remain high, and market expectations for further Fed rate hikes this year have not faded. The logic is clear: rising oil prices → increased inflationary pressures→ higher US Treasury yields → reduced risk appetite, → BTC under pressure. However, it should be noted that large outflows in a single day do not mean institutions are fully bearish on Bitcoin. ETF capital data reflects changes in allocation over the period; judging trends must be combined with capital flows over the coming days, BTC price structure, and macroeconomic environment. Next, focus on two signals: 1. Whether the ETF has seen net outflows for several consecutive days, confirming whether the withdrawal continues; 2. Whether BTC can stabilize after a pullback, preventing capital outflows from resonating with weakening prices. If ETFs continue to flow out and prices fail to recover for a long time, in the short term,Rolling 1000U to 50,000U, relying on these 6 steps, never blew up the account
Rolling the account is really not about gambling. Starting with 1000U, follow this method; not saying you'll get rich overnight, but at least the approach is sound.
Step 1, control your hands. Don't bet it all at once, cap at 500U. Even for the first two or three trades, just use 200U or 300U to test the waters. The first rule for a small account is to stay alive; if the drawdown exceeds 20%, your mindset collapses, and everything after is chaos.
Step 2, don't even look at trades you aren't confident about. Only take opportunities that are clear at a glance: support and resistance levels are obvious, the overall trend aligns, you know exactly where to set stop loss, and the risk-reward ratio is at least 2:1. At this stage, don't aim for big wins; just make one successful trade to build confidence.
Step 3, if you don't set stop loss immediately, you might as well go to sleep. Once a trade is entered, set the stop loss right away, and don't change or cancel it. Each trade should risk only a small portion of your total account funds. Think about whether you want to gamble big or slowly grow your account.
Step 4, don't be greedy with take profit; swallow the meat you catch first. For small swings, aim for tens of points; for bigger moves, take hundreds of points. If you hit a mid-term big trend, go for a higher risk-reward ratio. Don't always think about selling at the highest point—that's just wishful thinking.
Step 5, only increase position size when your account reaches a certain scale. At that time, you can raise the size per trade, but the maximum risk per trade must still be strictly within a reasonable range. Small accounts rely on patience, medium accounts on stability, large accounts on discipline.
Step 6, the dumbest but most effective trick: every time you double your account, take out some profit. Money in your pocket is real profit; what's in the account is just numbers THE BITCOIN THAT STAYS PUT.

#SUI #BitcoinDeFi #DeFi$BTC $ETH $ZEC After doing contracts for a long time, I slowly realized that locking positions is not a risk-hedging method, it just creates psychological comfort for myself. This time, I opened positions in both directions, intending to hedge market fluctuations, but ended up losing on both sides, which made my mindset very restless.
Let's look at the current positions: both are $ETH Ethereum perpetual 50x full positions.
The short position entry price is 2444.77, the current mark price is 2504.82, with an unrealized loss of 136 USDT, loss ratio 122.69%.
The long position entry price is 2661.42, with an unrealized loss of 1190.15 USDT, loss ratio 294.28%. The maintenance margin rate is 745.25%, so there is no immediate liquidation risk, but the funds are firmly occupied and fees must continue to be paid.
This experience really sounded the alarm for me. 50x high leverage leaves very little room for error, locking positions cannot avoid market risks, it only adds to the cost of holding positions in both directions. Trading cannot rely on luck to hold positions. Going forward, I plan to reduce leverage, operate with light positions, strictly set stop losses, and no longer blindly lock positions to stubbornly hold the market.

Cold sweat breaks out, I grit my teeth and cut losses. Today it jumps up and down, half relieved to have escaped, half heartbroken over the principal. Foreign altcoins play with your heartbeat and collect your life.
$BTC didn't spare me either. Current price 81,845, up 1.05%, seemingly gentle. But the lowest at dawn was 80,351, almost losing the 80k mark. That string of "B" in the chart is my epitaph for the losses I kept covering along the way. The more I cover, the deeper the hole; it rebounded to 81,800, still far from breaking even. The big players seem to be eyeing my small change, launching midnight raids, pulling back at dawn, dull knives cutting flesh numb to feeling.
$ETH is even worse. Current price 2,479, up 1.84%, but last night it dropped to 2,405, 2,500 feels like it's made of paper. When the market coughs, it jumps off the cliff first. Worthless and hopeless, yet I still can't bear to let go.

210 million APT, the Foundation locks them up first by itself
$APT is getting serious this time.
On October 8, Aptos officially announced on X that the Foundation's 210 million APT are permanently locked and staked, about 37% of the holdings at mainnet launch. These coins will never be sold or distributed again; the Foundation will rely solely on staking rewards going forward.
The accompanying set of measures is even tougher: a hard cap on total supply at 2.1 billion, staking annual yield cut from 5.19% to 2.6%, Gas fees increased tenfold but all are burned. On October 12, the four-year early unlock period ends, and monthly releases drop directly from 11.31 million to 4.54 million.
It might be that $APT is personally tearing off the label of "inflationary public chain." The supply side is tightly controlled step by step, and the selling pressure is truly losing its edge. 📝 Review: BTC falls back to 80300, how to view the downside space
$BTC has closed lower on the daily chart for two consecutive days, with bullish defense pressure continuing to increase. It has dropped from above 87000 to around 80300, releasing a large amount of selling pressure in this downward move. Frequent long lower shadows appear on the 4-hour chart, indicating that every dip has been met with buying support.
Regarding the downside space, I lean towards a conservative judgment: 78000 may not necessarily be reached, and extreme scenarios are more likely to show a wick around 79700. If the price truly reaches this range, I would consider adding to my position. This level has been previously analyzed in scenario simulations, so a short-term sharp drop will not disrupt the trading rhythm, maintaining swing positions.
The area around 80000 has conditions for a bottom, and it is not just a psychological round number. Major players generally do not allow round numbers to be easy entry points for retail investors; they often use short-term wicks to sweep stop losses below. Combined with Fibonacci retracement, this is also a key technical support.
The overall direction remains bullish, and I am not inclined to short. The current risk-reward ratio for going long is relatively favorable; the downside space for bears to push further is limited, and chasing shorts is likely to give back profits or even get trapped.
Unless a deep decline like the one starting at 96000 earlier this year repeats, I do not see a deeper downward structure for now. Weekly indicators remain above the zero line, and this retracement is about 7000 points, with the adjustment already quite sufficient. #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 $TRUMP
TRUMP's pullback is less than DOGE's, can this be called emotional capital rotation?
Today's early spot 24-hour observation window: range 1.736—1.892 USDT, change -3.44%, trading volume about 12.4 million USDT.
Within the same window, the smaller decline and more retained price range provide relative performance evidence. But this cannot identify the source of funds; relative resistance to decline may also come from less selling pressure or lagging volatility.
If the next emotional asset pullback still retains an advantage, the differentiation is more valuable; if it subsequently catches down and loses the midpoint, the rotation judgment is weakened.Looking at the 339.50% floating profit on the 50x short of $ZEC, I'm even more cautious than when I opened the position. Short at 1316.78, marked at 1227.37, made a lot but afraid of giving back the profits.
Recently, it has fallen back from a high level, with macro selling pressure combined with technical breakdown. I opened a short position below the resistance level following the trend. Now 1227.37 is testing a key support, with intense long-short battles. The 50x leverage has very low tolerance; a 1% reversal is tough to handle. The market doesn't follow news, only funds; beware of bottom-fishing momentum at low levels.
I first lock in core profits myself, move stops to protect the remaining position, watch for a break below 1200 to see lower, and exit if it stands back above 1260. $BTC Can the international situation still support $CL?
After dropping from the high of 92.88 to 89.74, it did not continue to break down, and the price slightly rebounded to around 90.21, indicating that there is tentative buying interest at the lower level, and the short-term trend has not worsened.
The international situation is the core variable for crude oil: as long as geopolitical disturbances have not completely subsided, concerns on the supply side can provide a floor for the price, which is the main reason why the decline stopped near 89.74. But conversely, once there are signs of easing in the situation, the risk premium will retreat first, and this part of the support will disappear.
Currently, the overall structure is still downward, with dense trapped positions around 91 above, making rebounds prone to selling pressure. The possibility that large whales reduce positions during rebounds cannot be ruled out.
It looks more like a consolidation and repair, not a trend reversal.

Recently, some altcoins have partially rebounded. WUSDT broke strongly from around 0.015, so I followed the momentum to go long. It has now risen to 0.017785, approaching resistance above. BTC's total open interest is 59.79% bullish, with 278,100 BTC pressed down, heavier than the bearish side. A large amount of chips are still locked in the upper levels expiring at the end of October—long-term upward expectations remain intact. However, the 24-hour trading volume has reversed, with bearish protection orders accounting for 56.99%, and recent hedging orders at lower levels have clearly increased. In plain terms: the sentiment is still hopeful, but no one is willing to go in unprotected; short-term positions are being wrapped up.
ETH's rhythm is more consistent: 60.12% of open interest is bullish, and daily trading volume is also 59.3% bullish, both sides aligned with a bullish bias. Chips are placed above the December long-term forward, and recent trading is concentrated in short-term upward levels. Compared to BTC's hesitation, ETH is more willing to leave higher room for mid-term recovery.
The real posture of the big money can be summed up in eight words: base positions are not withdrawn, protection is quietly added.📊 Falling together doesn't mean sharing the same fate

Many people chase a high win rate, frequently entering and exiting to grab short-term gains, closing positions after making a small profit. Once a mistake is made, a single large loss can wipe out all previous gains. Therefore, there is no need to pursue an exceptionally high win rate; learning to filter out the chaotic and invalid signals in the market and maintaining a moderately above-average level is sufficient. What truly determines the long-term account returns is the profit-loss ratio. The core of trend trading is to take small losses when wrong and hold onto positions when right to achieve big profits.
In trading, avoid subjective predictions of short-term ups and downs, and do not blindly guess tops or bottoms. Patiently wait for trend signals to confirm before entering and following the trend. During consolidation and trial-and-error phases, participate with light positions, strictly cut losses, and do not stubbornly hold onto floating losses; once a clear trend forms, reduce frequent operations, hold patiently, and let profits run. I focus only on BTC, concentrating my research on a single coin, which helps keep my thinking clear and execution consistent. Whether long-term trading can continue ultimately depends on risk control and unchanging trading discipline.
Always wanting every trade to be profitable and constantly looking for entry opportunities can easily lead to repeated trial and error and continuous depletion;
If the market direction goes against you and you still hold onto hope without admitting mistakes and exiting, small losses will only gradually expand;

$BTC $ETH #交易之声:你的经验值得被听到 When evaluating public chain projects, you can't just look at what the whitepaper says.
Take ACO as an example. The whitepaper's planned direction includes not only the underlying public chain but also modules like DEX, DApp, social content, cross-chain, and community governance.
For these modules to form a complete ecosystem, it involves not only technical development but also product experience, user adoption, and synergy among applications.
Therefore, when researching such projects, you can separate a few questions:
1. How is the development progress of the underlying infrastructure?
2. Are the planned applications actually implemented?
3. Are there real users and genuine usage demands?
4. Is the subsequent roadmap advancing according to the public plan?
The whitepaper can help us understand the project's design concept, but ultimately it needs to be verified by actual progress.

$ZEC surged all the way to $1700 in September,

As of the week ending October 2, ZCSH had a net outflow of about $93.56 million;
on October 8, another outflow of about $18.66 million.
ETFs that had been steadily accumulating chips are now becoming selling pressure the market needs to digest.
Adding contract long liquidations and BTC weakness,
this round of ZEC's pullback is more than just profit-taking.
My current view:
$ZEC is bearish in the short term, but the privacy sector is not over.
ZEC's optional privacy, ETF channels, and institutional attention still hold value, and the NU7 upgrade is still underway.
But these are mid-term logics and can't directly counter the current capital outflows.
Key points to watch next:
First, whether $1110–$1200 can hold steady;
Second, when ZCSH net outflows noticeably narrow.
If the price stops falling and ETF outflows cool down, this round might just be a chip reset after a surge;
if outflows continue and key supports break, deeper pullbacks should be guarded against.
The privacy narrative remains, but ZEC's next rally will need new buying pressure to prove itself. #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 #Winklevoss旗下机构申请ZEC现货ETF Made a cup of tea and sat in front of the computer. $ZEC short position with 50x leverage from 1319.11 to 1223, earning 364.29%.

② Volume is shrinking, KDJ indicator approaching high levels, overbought signals flashing. A rebound without volume is like a castle in the air; chasing longs has very low cost-effectiveness.

The Fed's September minutes also show that most officials believe another rate hike may be needed this year. (Reuters)
This means the market is no longer just trading on "whether ETFs are buying BTC," but rather:
Risk-free yields ↑ → discount rates ↑ → risk asset valuations pressured → leveraged funds retreat.
So even if spot ETFs still have inflows, they may still be outweighed by deleveraging in a high interest rate environment.
BTC repeatedly failed to break through 87,000 and then retreated; essentially, this is not a sudden deterioration in fundamentals, but macro liquidity temporarily outweighing marginal buying.
The focus going forward is not on ETF net inflows, but on:
Whether long-term US Treasury yields can come down.
If the 10-year remains around 5.3% and the 30-year stays near 5.7%, it will be difficult for high-valuation risk assets to form a sustained trend.
ETFs determine the strength of buying, but US Treasuries determine how high the market is willing to value BTC.

To judge a market pullback, you don't have to wait for a big drop; watch for these signals.
1. After $BTC rises to a resistance zone, the upward momentum weakens, the candlestick shows a long upper shadow, it spikes but cannot continue to make new highs, indicating the bulls are starting to weaken.
2. Volume changes: volume expands during the rally phase, then shrinks during subsequent rises, showing a high but stagnant price; once the price starts to fall, sell orders continuously flood in, causing a volume-increased decline.
3. Market linkage: Bitcoin consolidates with stagnant gains, ETH and SOL no longer follow the rise, highly elastic mainstream coins dive first, and coins within the sector weaken one after another.
4. Support breaks: breaking below the short-term uptrend line or recent key support levels without a quick rebound confirms the pullback.
Distinguishing between normal retracement and deep pullback:
A slight dip with shrinking volume and no collective sector sell-off is a normal shakeout within an uptrend;
Multiple consecutive days of bearish closes and collective sharp declines across multiple sector coins indicate a deep pullback, requiring position reduction.
Practical approach: when stagnation signals appear, reduce positions to take profits first, do not stubbornly hold. Wait for signs of stabilization after the pullback before considering re-entry.

It hit the cost line of the main force from the last rally. Obviously, the reason it stopped falling last night was that the big players from the last rally collectively stepped in! One is screaming by the stove, the other napping at the island; the flavor profile is completely uncoordinated—this soup isn't simmered, it's a fake boil forced by high heat, bubbling on the surface but still cold underneath.

On October 9, BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes posted on social platform X, providing his latest analysis on the macro sentiment and future trends of the current crypto market.
He pointed out that the start of a super bull market is often accompanied by widespread market concerns, known as the "climbing the wall of worry."
After reviewing the backgrounds of multiple major crypto bull markets, Hayes found that at the beginning of each bull run, the market faced various crises or panics.
He also listed three key time points to support this view: the 2017 Bitcoin block size debate, the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic shock, and the 2023 FTX bankruptcy combined with significant global central bank rate hikes;
But in the current year 2026, he believes the market's "worries" are concentrated on the "panic caused by AI and crypto technology."
Although technical controversies and disagreements persist, Hayes concluded quite clearly at the end: "Money will be printed, and positions will surge."
This statement seems to imply that regardless of how technical disputes evolve, macro liquidity expansion is the core driver of asset price increases, and the current market panic may be a typical feature of the early bull market phase.

#霍尔木兹通航降至两月低位,油价跳涨4% $OPENAI #OpenAI营收口径引争议,AI投资回报受关注
A report on OpenAI's revenue has poured cold water on the hot U.S. tech stocks. On October 8 local time, the UK's Financial Times, citing insiders, reported that OpenAI's latest financial documents provided to investors showed the company's annualized revenue "close to $50 billion" by the end of September 2026, far below the widely cited estimate of about $70 billion on Wall Street last month. After the news broke, the Nasdaq Composite Index fell 1.25%, marking its largest single-day drop since mid-August; Nvidia dropped about 3%, Oracle fell more than 5.5%, and AMD, Broadcom, and Advanced Micro Devices collectively declined between 4% and 6%. SoftBank Group, which holds about 13% of OpenAI shares, saw its stock price plunge over 7% the next day.
However, the root cause of this shock is not a $20 billion gap in OpenAI's business but a "miscalculation" that caused cognitive confusion. The discrepancy stems from two leading AI companies adopting different accounting standards. Anthropic uses the "gross method," counting all sales revenue generated through cloud partners like AWS and Google Cloud as revenue, while the cloud providers' commissions are recorded as expenses; OpenAI uses the "net method," only counting revenue directly generated by itself, excluding sales amounts from cloud service partner channels. Simply put, if a customer pays $100 through a cloud platform for AI services, Anthropic counts the full $100 as revenue, while OpenAI only counts the net income after deducting the cloud provider's share. Investors, trying to establish comparability between the two companies, attempted to "normalize" OpenAI's figures, which led to the previously circulated estimate of about $70 billion.
The reason this accounting difference caused such a significant market shock lies in the nature of the annualized recurring revenue (ARR) metric itself. ARR is calculated simply by multiplying the most recent month's recurring revenue by 12. This metric worked well in the traditional SaaS era—subscription revenue was stable and predictable, so multiplying the current month by 12 provided a fairly reliable annual forecast. But in the AI era, subscription revenue is only part of the income structure; API calls, pay-as-you-go token consumption, and enterprise custom contracts are increasingly significant, and these revenues are far less "recurring" than traditional SaaS subscriptions. Chuck Eesley, a professor of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University, told Bloomberg more bluntly: the startup world is like the Wild West, ARR has no auditing requirements or SEC unified definitions, and apart from venture capitalists and acquirers doing their own due diligence, there is no "police" overseeing the numbers.
What truly unsettled the market was not "how the accounting is done," but the $20 billion shortfall shaking the foundational narrative supporting the entire tech bull market—the sustained high demand for AI. Over the past year, the market has been confident in the multi-billion-dollar capital expenditure plans of companies like Nvidia, Oracle, and CoreWeave, with a simple logic chain: leading AI companies need more computing power, so they need to buy more GPUs, and upstream hardware and cloud service providers will receive continuous revenue streams. When OpenAI's revenue figures were revised downward, the starting point of this chain wavered. Ross Mayfield, an investment strategy analyst at Baird, warned that U.S. tech stocks increasingly rely on AI-related stocks to maintain upward momentum, and any deviation in AI industry growth logic could ripple through the entire industry chain.
More worthy of scrutiny is OpenAI's own financial reality. According to documents disclosed to shareholders, OpenAI's revenue in Q1 2026 was $5.7 billion, while cash burn reached $3.7 billion, more than half of quarterly revenue; operating loss was about $9.3 billion, with an adjusted operating margin of approximately negative 122%. Operating losses further expanded to $12.3 billion in Q2, with a single-quarter loss reaching nearly 60% of the full-year operating loss in 2025. Meanwhile, the company has signed computing power purchase commitments totaling $665 billion, and it is estimated that by 2030 its funding gap could reach $278 billion. This "high revenue, high loss" model makes the market particularly sensitive to any revenue data revisions.
The dispute over revenue accounting between OpenAI and Anthropic essentially reflects different understandings of value distribution in the AI industry chain. Anthropic chooses to expand the ecosystem, letting cloud partners share costs in exchange for broader market coverage and higher reported revenue; OpenAI opts for a relatively restrained path, preferring to maintain an independent definition of its core revenue. Neither model is absolutely right or wrong, but they point to the same core question: as the tech industry's focus shifts from traditional software to compute-centric generative AI, to whom should the revenue belong? If Anthropic's model becomes mainstream, then future AI companies' revenue figures will include large cloud service commission portions, requiring a recalibration of the price-to-earnings valuation system. If OpenAI's approach prevails, market evaluation of AI companies will focus more on their direct monetization capabilities.
OpenAI is advancing its IPO plans and has secretly submitted prospectuses to regulators, targeting a valuation of about $1 trillion, but CEO Altman confirmed it will not go public in 2026. Competitor Anthropic is also preparing for an IPO, reportedly targeting a valuation of about $2 trillion. Before these two companies sprint to the capital markets, the ambiguity in revenue accounting is both a risk and a potential strategic tool. When they finally go public and face SEC standardized disclosure requirements, investors will no longer see "adjusted" ARR but audited real revenue. By then, today's debate over the $20 billion difference may just be a footnote in the AI industry's journey from the Wild West to regulation.Blumenauer directly pointed out in the letter that such high-yield arrangements come at the expense of U.S. national security and proposed three stringent compliance and audit requirements:

ETF outflowed $487 million in a week, leverage just wiped out 1 billion, the three-week consecutive rise was interrupted, Trump’s one sentence pushed oil prices down, BTC was forcibly pulled back from 80,500 to 82,600. Is this wave really the "end of the shakeout" or a pit dug for you in a downtrend continuation?
First, look at the surface: down 34%, but some are still calling a bull market.
BTC current price 82,600, down 3% this week, the three-week consecutive rise is broken. On Thursday it dropped to 80,500, the lowest in two and a half weeks. From last October’s ATH of 126,000, it has dropped a full 34%. Market cap is 1.66 trillion, still sounds huge, but the numbers in your account won’t lie to you.
Candlesticks tell you: the 4-hour level is a rebound after a breakdown, volume is recovery after liquidation, not a new main rise. 82,600 is stuck right in the middle between 80,500 and 84,000, awkward both ways.
First thing: Trump said no attack on Iran, but don’t be too happy yet.
Trump said no attack on Iran before the midterm elections on November 3. Oil prices fell back from the intraday high, the dollar weakened, BTC followed suit pulling back from 80,500 to 82,600.
Sounds like good news? Brent crude is still hovering around 104. This is not risk removal, it’s just shortening the fuse on the bomb. Geopolitics is like this: when it’s not exploding, you think it’s fine; when it explodes, you don’t even have a chance to run.
Second thing: ETF is running, leverage just got bloodied.
Spot Bitcoin ETF net outflow about $487 million, leverage liquidation close to $1 billion. In late September, there was an inflow of 3 billion over eight trading days, now the wind direction has completely reversed.
The money flowing out won’t say hello, it will quietly leave, and by the time you notice, 80,500 won’t be the floor anymore.
The Fed minutes are still on the table, most participants think there might be one more rate hike before year-end. The 10-year yield once surged to 5.35%, then fell back to 5.23% on Friday. As long as the yield goes above 5.4%, your leverage is made of paper.
Third thing: Technicals tell you, 82,600 is not the place to add to your position.
The path is clear: October 5 failed at 87,000 → October 7 at 83,560 → October 8 at 82,800 → Thursday 80,500 → today 82,600.
The upper 83,500-84,000 is a lost platform, now turned into a supply zone. Without volume to stand back above 84,500, don’t talk to me about 87,000. 85,000 is a reduction zone, 86,500-87,000 is last week’s high.
Below, 80,500 is Thursday’s low, 80,000 is a round number and the lifeline of this round. Daily close below 80,000, next target is 78,000. Some mark a deeper retracement at 72,000—that’s conditional, not happened yet.
Bull vs. bear, you decide:
On one side:
Supply contraction after halving still ongoing, cumulative ETF net inflow still a demand bottom
Hashrate normal, network fundamentals intact
80,500 has buyers, short-term rebound valid
Trump suppresses oil price, short-term risk appetite recovers
On the other side:
ETF net outflow $487 million, leverage liquidation $1 billion, funds withdrawing
Year-end rate hike expectations remain, yields may surge again anytime
ETH weaker, altcoins grinding, BTC alone can’t carry
84,000 can’t be reclaimed, rebound is just a chance to reduce positions
Key level 82,600, danger both ways.
Above: 83,500-84,000 (supply zone) → 84,500 (volume needed to be effective) → 86,500-87,000
Below: 80,500 (Thursday low) → 80,000 (lifeline) → 78,000 → 72,000 (extreme condition)
Operation strategy
Aggressive:
At around 82,600, try very light long positions, stop loss at 80,800. First target 83,500, second target 84,200. Reduce half at 83,200. Don’t add if oil price jumps again.
Conservative:
Wait for 80,000-80,500 to consider, stop loss 78,800. Better to wait to stand back above 84,500 before following. If not reached, stay out. Staying out is not shameful, liquidation is.
Breakout:
Only consider chasing if volume supports a stable hold above 87,000 and pullback doesn’t break 85,500, target 90,000. This condition is not met now.
Bearish:
If rebound between 83,800-84,200 is weak, can lightly short for a pullback, stop loss 84,800, targets 81,000 and 80,500. Don’t short blindly near 80,000.
Position iron rules:
Single trade risk no more than 2% of total funds, leverage no more than 3x. This week already swept through two rounds of longs, you’re no match for the market maker, don’t bet your life.
Risk control priority:
Daily close below 80,000, reduce positions, next target 78,000.
If 10-year yield rises above 5.4% or Brent stabilizes above 105, reduce leverage first.
If ETF continues outflow next week, 82,600 will likely retest 80,500.
BTC now is like Nasdaq in 2022—
Everyone is waiting for the "last drop," but as it drops, leverage blows up first, faith disappears first, chips change hands first.
Buying at 82,600 is buying "someone catching at 80,500," not "immediate recovery of 34% retracement." You’re betting on a rebound, institutions are betting on you catching the bag.
Trump’s one sentence can pull back 2,000 points, or crush 3,000 points with one sentence. This is not investing, this is gambling on news.
What you can do is defend 80,000 or wait to stand back above 84,500, not go all-in here.
$BTC $ETH $ZEC I specialize in architectural structural design, and the biggest taboo is seeing a building's facade looking pristine while the load-bearing walls are quietly cracking. $WOO The current structure is like this: a 24-hour rise of 6.08%, it looks like a perfect topping out, but when I check the structural calculation report, the short-term RSI has already surged to 73.1, in the overbought zone, equivalent to an overloaded live load stacked on a three-layer cantilever beam. This is not strength surplus; this is stress concentration.
Looking at the Bollinger Bands, this "displacement monitor": the short-term price has already reached 92% of the range, with only 0.7% margin to the upper band, almost capped; the mid-term is even more outrageous, with a reading of 110%, having broken through the upper band by 0.7%—structural displacement exceeds the design allowable value, a typical false stability propped up by temporary supports. The long-term RSI at 61.7 is still in the neutral zone, indicating the large base plate is intact, but the upper structure has started to sway. The reason not to enter at this time is simple: the house hasn't collapsed, but the scaffolding is creaking.
The real problem is the capital structure. This rebound lacks a foundation—the long-term load-bearing capacity of on-chain real cash flow, market-making depth, and protocol revenue, not just a decorative framework built from a few candlesticks. When the price drifts more than 8% above the midline, a pullback is an inevitable process of the structure's own weight seeking balance.
My construction plan is clear: don't steal the spotlight at the topping out moment; wait for it to fall back to a structurally reasonable stress point before entering.
📉 Short:
Entry: $0.01 (current price +3.7%)
Take Profit 1: $0.01 (-10.9%)
Take Profit 2: $0.01 (-7.5%)
Stop Loss: $0.02 (-15.1%)
The logic of this blueprint is: the upper band is already tight, upward space is less than 1%, downward retracement to near the midline has 7% to 11% clearance, with excellent wind resistance. Stop loss is set 15.1% above the current price, leaving enough structural redundancy, but once triggered, it means the long-term load-bearing wall has also been breached, and evacuation is necessary.
Overbought is not the end; overbought is a sign of material fatigue. I don't celebrate topping out by chasing highs; I only reinforce the foundation after the pullback. #coinmovealert⚡ Long-term yields at historic highs: The global debt market is witnessing an intense sell-off described as the "deal of the century," with government bond yields jumping to levels not seen in decades: 🇺🇸 US bonds: The 10-year yield rose to 5.34%, while the 30-year bonds recorded 5.70% (the highest since 2002). 🇬🇧 UK bonds: The 30-year yield surpassed 6% (the highest since 1998). 🇯🇵 Japanese bonds: The 10-year yield rose to 3.1% (the highest since 1996). 🇪🇺 Europe: French and German yields approached unprecedented peaks$BTC mark price 82610.2. The current situation is like this:
ETH fell below $2500, down nearly 4% in 24 hours, expanding the decline for the third consecutive trading day. What's more exciting is that below $2500 there is $1.35 billion in long liquidation positions, while short liquidations above are less than $1 billion.
What about spot ETFs? Net outflows for six consecutive trading days, totaling about $400 million. Institutions are withdrawing, retail investors are holding on, and whales holding between 10,000 and 100,000 ETH have sold 150,000 ETH within two weeks.
To put it simply, it depends on who you are:
Short-term players: Around 2500, longs and shorts are battling fiercely; it's easy to get in but hard to get out. There's $1.35 billion in liquidation waiting below, don't be stubborn.
Long-term believers: Standard Chartered says 4000, what do you think? Anyway, it's already halved from the high it predicted for this year.
