Live trading challenge from 850u to 8000u
Day 45
Current principal 1059u
Today I kept an eye on the market. The news of large net outflows from spot ETFs was very clear in my mind; institutional funds are withdrawing, directly pressuring BTC to weaken. The market oscillated back and forth during the session, with spikes sweeping stop losses repeatedly. Many couldn't resist chasing orders and ended up being taken away by the market.
Looking back over these more than forty days, the gains weren't made by a continuous surge; I stepped into quite a few traps along the way. I used to think about going all in to bet on big moves and directions, but several times I gave back floating profits, returning the gains to the market. Gradually, I understood that small capital must avoid greed and haste.
For today's market move, I didn't recklessly open positions. Seeing institutional funds fleeing and market panic rising, which didn't match my preset entry points, I chose to wait and watch. Not fighting the market head-on and controlling my actions is how I protect my principal.
The capital curve is moving very slowly, only from 850 to 1035 in 44 days, not a spectacular increase. Many who see this kind of live trading expect to double in a few days, but those who actually trade live understand: surviving in the market is ten thousand times more important than getting rich quickly.
Next, I will continue to guard my positions and strictly control stop losses. No illusions of doubling overnight, just step by step slow accumulation. The goal is 8000U, a long journey ahead, continuously recording.Hot Coin Data Ranking|Last 15 Minutes
$MAGIC surged with increased positions. Trading volume reached 20,976,000 USDT, 4.3 times the average 15-minute volume converted from the previous hour; price +4.67%, position volume +1.45%.$MAGIC This wave at 142 probably liquidated a bunch of people again. Looking back, I kept thinking before bed last night whether to add margin. If I had added it, even doubling the margin would have been liquidated.BTC Short-term
Holding short positions: Continue holding short positions entered in the 82,000-83,000 range, move stop loss to 83,550 (above the lower edge of HVN zone). Targets: 81,850 (reduce 1/4) → 80,316 (reduce 1/4) → 79,450-78,500
Add to short positions (two triggers):
1. Short more if breaking below 82,198 (lower edge of the pivot), stop loss at 82,800, targets 81,500-80,500
2. Add short on a pullback to 83,300-83,600 with stagnation (15-minute top fractal + Delta turning negative), stop loss at 84,100, same targets as above — this is a better entry but may not get the chance
Short profit-taking and reversal zone: 79,500-78,500. When the triple signals "high volume long lower shadow + Delta divergence + 15-minute bottom fractal" appear, close shorts and reverse to long, aiming for D wave rebound to 82,000-84,000, stop loss at 78,000.
D wave confirmation to go long (alternative): If unexpectedly breaking above 84,400 (upper edge of HVN zone + POC recovery) with volume, stop loss short positions and reverse to long, stop loss at 83,600, targets 85,500-86,800.
Current status: 82,510 is located in the middle of the rebound pivot, 1,150 points below the HVN zone. This position is unfavorable for both shorting and longing. Discipline: Set conditional orders to short on break below 82,198 and to long on break above 84,400, wait for market vote
$BTC The treasury is replenishing, L2 is migrating, SOL is transferring out—three actions pointing in different directions, the market slightly rises, prices remain unchanged, but underlying activities continue.
$BTC: After Genius Group sold all Bitcoin to repay debts, it repurchased 10 BTC. The corporate treasury was forced to sell coins to repay debts, but immediately replenished after repayment. This is not bearish, but liquidity management. After selling pressure is released, funds are willing to buy back at low levels. However, the purchase volume is small; the signal is more significant than the actual amount, so short-term trends will continue to follow macro conditions.
$ETH: Unichain will migrate to OP Enterprise, and the testnet is about to launch. The L2 arms race continues, but the mainnet value capture issue remains unresolved. Migration is an internal ecological cycle and cannot bring external increments. ETH still lacks an independent narrative and can only passively follow BTC.
$SOL: The SOL treasury company SkyAI-related address transferred a large amount of tokens in the past day. Treasury address transfers usually indicate preparation for sale or market making. SOL’s early ecological profit-taking is high; any large transfer out may trigger selling pressure, causing short-term pressure.
Prices remain unchanged, but underlying activities continue. BTC is replenishing, ETH is migrating, SOL is transferring out. Before the direction emerges, watch more and understand less.$BTC suddenly faces a massive sell wall above 84,000 USD!
Two large orders total over 52.13 million USD.
Whales have directly placed their chips at the same position!
BTC is currently still struggling around 82,400 USD.
Can the bears really hold this sell wall?
The latest BTC order book data shows two huge sell orders near 84,000 USD: about 14.27 million USD at 84,000 USD and about 37.86 million USD at 83,999.9 USD, totaling as high as 52.13 million USD.
Meanwhile, after BTC previously rebounded to around 83,500 USD, it has fallen back again and is now fluctuating around 82,400 USD, indicating that selling pressure above remains obvious.
The 84,000 USD level will become a key battleground between bulls and bears. If spot buying continues to strengthen during a BTC rebound and even directly consumes this sell wall, there will be a short-term opportunity to further open up upward space.
However, if the price cannot effectively reclaim even 83,000 USD, the 82,000 USD level below may be tested again. Additionally, large sell orders can be withdrawn at any time; what really matters is whether the sell orders are actually executed.
A 52.13 million USD sell wall—whales have already set the barrier.
If this wall is directly swept away, bears might instead become the fuel for the next rally! #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 The fourth day holding the position, today I decided not to check the position 50 times.
Currently, the HYPE price remains fluctuating around $84. Previously, after the price surged from the September high and then pulled back, it has recently formed a phase support zone between $80 and $83. Overall, it is a high-level consolidation box correction within a major uptrend, and the medium- to long-term bullish structure has not been broken.
$90 is a key round number, also the previous pullback starting point and a dense turnover zone between bulls and bears. The current price needs about a 7%–8% increase to reach $90, which is a normal pulse range within typical volatility, but the trapped positions above and profit-taking sell orders will create dense resistance.
In the short term, it is necessary to reclaim the 20-day moving average and the $85–$86 resistance zone to avoid forming a bullish exhaustion sideways trap around $84.
Returning to $90 cannot rely solely on perpetual contract leverage increases; it needs to be accompanied by spot buying pressure or funding rates maintained in a neutral and healthy range. If the funding rate is too high and open interest surges, it is easy to encounter short liquidity hunting on the way to $90.
Although HYPE has very strong platform coin and DEX independent Alpha attributes, it still heavily depends on the overall market environment when breaking through key integer resistance. If BTC experiences a sharp drop or wide liquidation, the liquidity premium of altcoins and ecosystem tokens will quickly retract; BTC maintaining a steady upward trend or high-level sideways movement is the ideal background for pushing toward $90.
Back to 90 and then back again, grateful for cryptocurrency.🚀
$HYPE I got into virtual currency purely by accident.
At first, I heard my colleagues talking about $BTC every day.
They said it could skyrocket, and I got intrigued.
I took a few hundred bucks and bought a little.
Right after buying, it dropped, and I was scratching my head.
Those days, I couldn't even enjoy my meals, always wanting to check my phone.
Later, it bounced back a bit, so I quickly sold.
Made enough for a barbecue, which actually made me bolder.
Then I tried $ETH, but the transfer fees were so high I was gasping.
One time I waited for confirmation until midnight, almost fell asleep.
Later I heard $SOL was fast, so I got itchy hands again.
It really is fast, but when it gets congested, I wanted to smash my phone.
After messing around for over half a year, I didn’t make much money.
But I definitely slept less and got heavier dark circles.
In the group chat, people shout trade calls every day, then go silent.
Those showing profit screenshots stay quiet when losing money.
I chased highs and got stuck, cut losses and got cut.
Chasing highs felt like standing on a mountain peak; cutting losses led to rebounds.
That feeling was like fighting with myself.
Now I only play with spare money; losing it doesn’t affect my life.
No borrowing, no leverage, no risking my livelihood.
If I don’t understand a project, no matter how hyped, I don’t touch it.
Being able to sleep at night is better than anything.
Don’t get cocky when winning, don’t get stubborn when losing.
There are opportunities in this field, but even more traps.
Don’t risk your life; if you have a job, keep working.
That’s about it, lessons I learned the hard way. #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出

#霍尔木兹通航降至两月低位,油价跳涨4% Conclusion first: $BAT surged over 30% in 24 hours, currently around 0.136. From the low of 0.0965 on 10-08, it has risen more than 40%, but the funding rate is negative (-0.00019) — this is a spot-driven rally.
I analyzed the 4H structure: the price has been gradually rising from 0.097, with volume expanding from 140,000 tokens to 10.7 million and 3.55 million; the volume growth is stepwise, not a single spike. More importantly, open interest: the total market OI is only $2.26 million, while 24h trading volume is about $37 million — leverage hasn’t increased much, it’s spot buying pushing the price. The funding rate is slightly negative, shorts are still paying longs each period.
This structure is very different from typical leveraged pump-ups: no long squeeze, no chain liquidations, just slow accumulation plus price discovery. The risk is that volatility will increase once leveraged funds follow.
The key now is whether the 0.145 high this morning can be reclaimed with volume. Do you think the 0.13 level can hold? $BAT $BTC pricing power is changing hands: ETFs are withdrawing, old money is taking over.
ETFs had a net outflow of 729 million over two days, marking the largest weekly outflow since June. Yesterday alone saw an outflow of 244 million. But BTC didn't crash; the current price is around 82,500, rebounding about 2,100 from 80,400, and the fear and greed index dropped from 71 to 56.
Who is running? Retail sentiment and those ETF funds chasing highs and selling lows. With US 10-year Treasury yields at 5.28% and 30-year at 5.63%, money is too expensive, so they withdraw first.
Who is taking over? Mid-sized whales have bought 86,702 BTC in the past three weeks, about 8.6 billion USD. BlackRock is doing the opposite: on October 6th, it had a single-day inflow of 122 million, exceeding the total market inflow; in the past month, it net bought 1.57 billion, with IBIT alone accounting for 62.3% of all US Bitcoin ETF holdings.
ETFs are just amplifiers of retail sentiment; the real pricing power lies with those not in the news. BlackRock is not on the running-away side.My core judgment is: what is most worth paying attention to about Robinhood Chain is not that a new L2 has appeared, but that it has the opportunity to integrate traditional brokerage funds, stock assets, stablecoins, and DeFi liquidity into the same ecosystem.
Robinhood's biggest competitive advantage is that it already has financial customers and trading entry points, so it does not have to rely entirely on native cryptocurrency users.
However, I would divide its development into two things:
Attracting new funds onto the chain: stock tokenization, Robinhood Wallet, cross-chain bridges, institutional cooperation.
Keeping funds on the chain: lending, collateral, perpetual contracts, trading pools, AI automated strategies.
The truly important thing is the second part. If funds only come in to speculate on Meme coins and then leave, then even if short-term trading volume is high, it may not form a sustainable financial ecosystem.
1. What innovations does Robinhood Chain already have?
On July 1, 2026, Robinhood Chain officially launched its public mainnet, adopting Arbitrum technology, paying Gas with ETH, and launching stock tokens, on-chain trading, and lending financial applications $PONS So tragic! Spent hundreds buying the "safest" hardware wallet, and ended up losing $90 million!
But I'm not surprised that the hardware wallet had issues.
This time, Ledger's problem isn't the firmware, but the distribution channel. The Southeast Asia authorized dealer CryptoBilis sold tampered devices. Ledger has admitted to investigating, has ordered the dealer to stop sales and shipments, and warned users who bought devices from this channel within the last 90 days: don't initialize them, transfer your funds out as soon as possible.
The amount estimated by Specter was $86 million, but MistTrack raised it to nearly $90 million. Hundreds of wallets, including BTC, ETH, and TRON, were compromised, and Tether froze some of the involved USDT.
The worst hit: the single largest wallet held 7 million USDT; one user bought 80 $BTC for $65,000 just a week ago on a new device, now not a single coin remains.
CZ nailed it: a supply chain attack from a single dealer.
To put it bluntly: you trust the device, but the channel is cracked. The device is cold, but people are alive; every extra hand it passes through is another vulnerability.
Only buy hardware wallets from the official website, don't go for cheaper third-party sellers, and avoid second-hand or unsealed devices. If you've already bought one, verify the channel first. If your mnemonic phrase was generated on a tampered device, no amount of later protection will help. #$BTC On September 23, I considered 87400 a key level; closing above it on the 4H chart would mean continuation, breaking below would indicate liquidity accumulation, not accumulation. The result was a break below — the 4H chart has not closed above 87400 since then. On October 2, the highest point only reached 87220, failing to surpass the previous high, then directly fell back. On October 8, the lowest was 80394, even breaking below the 82200 line from May, indicating that the liquidity in that area was indeed wiped out. The current price is 82675, RSI has returned to 43.4, the local high is 86725, and sentiment is much cooler than in September. This rebound looks more like a short-term correction, and the heavy long positions have not yet been relieved. Next, watch 82200; only if it holds above there is there a chance to push to 86725 again. If it breaks below, the liquidity around 80394 may be tested again, so the risk remains below. At your current position, do you still dare to go long? #OKXTraderVoices The day before yesterday, $BTC dropped to a low of $80,496 — over $400 million worth of shorts were forcibly liquidated within a single hour, a $1 billion scale liquidation event.
The direct trigger for the rebound: Trump stated on Thursday that there would be no new military strikes on Iran before the midterm elections. Geopolitical risk sentiment partially eased, and $BTC followed suit.
But this week's selling pressure was not caused by a single event; it was a combination of several factors:
The 10-year US Treasury yield hovered at a high level of 5.25%-5.33%, with a high risk-free return — every penny flowing into BTC is a conscious abandonment of 5%+ bond yields.
BTC ETFs continued net outflows this week: $955.3 million on October 7, $244 million on October 8, totaling $729 million over two days — BlackRock IBIT and Fidelity FBTC both saw outflows, with only Franklin EZBC recording inflows.
Seasonality also began to fail: the statistical advantage of Uptober did not materialize on time under this year's macro environment. After $87,300 was resisted twice, it stepped down continuously.
Key support: $82,000-$82,500 is the level the market is most focused on today. If held, look for $84,000-$84,500; if it breaks below $81,000, the next real support is near $80,000.
Resistance above: $84,281 and $85,000.
Next week, October 13, marks the start of earnings season for major banks like JPMorgan and Bank of America — this is the most important upcoming pricing node for this year's macro sentiment. #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 #全球长期国债收益率升至多年高位 The market has dropped quite noticeably these past two days. BTC briefly returned to around $81,000. At the same time, there was a very eye-catching on-chain transfer: a US government-related wallet moved out 12,267 BTC, worth about $1 billion at the time. This immediately sparked a market rumor: "Is the US government preparing to sell coins? Is this drop caused by this $1 billion BTC dump?" This speculation is understandable. But for now, we can't draw that conclusion yet. Moreover, there was recently news: "The US is preparing to seize $1 billion in Iran-related crypto assets." Two "$1 billion" figures collided, and many people have started to confuse them. Today, let's simply clarify this matter. 1️⃣ The US government did transfer 12,267 BTC. This transfer is real. It involved: 12,267 BTC, worth about $1.01 billion. These BTC came from assets recovered in the Bitfinex hacker case. In other words, these are not BTC the US government bought on the market themselves. Rather, they are assets previously recovered and controlled by law enforcement. The key point this time is: these BTC did not directly enter any known exchange addresses. Instead, they were transferred to a new untagged address. So what can be confirmed on-chain is: the coins moved. But what cannot be confirmed is: the coins were sold. These two concepts must be distinguished. 2️⃣ Why is the market still afraid? Because people saw several keywords: HYPE
The short-selling clues are unfolding exactly as described in yesterday's post.
HYPE started to show a 1H-level decline after encountering resistance at the white line.
It dropped directly without forming an M-shaped 1H double top pattern.
This short position probably won't gain much profit.
It likely won't fall much further around 83.
The overall market sentiment is still too optimistic. Key positions repeatedly tested, focus on these two signals in the market🔥
$BTC shows strong resilience at the 80,000 round number support. Last night, bears increased volume to push the price down, but still failed to effectively break the bottom, followed by a quick rebound back to around 82,200.
The previous support zone of 82,000-82,500 has now turned into a short-term resistance level. The market rhythm ahead is clear: only by firmly standing above 83,000 can the upside rebound space be fully opened; if it remains stuck below 82,500 without breaking through, there is always a risk of another decline.
$ETH's current rebound is particularly strong, rising from a low of 2,405 to 2,490, gaining nearly 90 points in the short term, with bullish sentiment quickly warming up.
However, a short-term strong rebound does not mean a complete trend reversal. I prefer to see a pullback to confirm support first. Pay close attention to the support strength in the 2,430-2,450 range. If this key support fails, the downside will likely target the 2,350 level.
In terms of operations, the plan is to lightly short near 2,490 with strict stop-loss settings. In a choppy market, never take heavy positions to gamble.
Currently, the market only focuses on two core key points: whether BTC can hold above 82,500 and break through the 83,000 resistance; whether ETH can maintain the core support between 2,430-2,450.
The main market funds have not exited, they are just competing again at key price levels. In a fluctuating market, remember to trade lightly, set stop-losses, and prioritize stability. #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出
⚠️Personal opinion, not investment advice A volume surge in a decline signals panic, so what does a volume contraction during a rebound mean?
ETH’s recent hourly rally looks impressive at first glance, but when you check the trading volume, it’s exposed — it’s all retail investors scrambling for the rebound. There isn’t a single decent volume bar on the hourly chart. An increase without volume has only one explanation:
A bull trap.
The major players haven’t moved; retail investors are just playing with themselves. They push out a few green candles to make more people think the bottom has arrived, causing a rush to buy, then a big red candle crashes down, leaving everyone stuck halfway up the mountain. This pattern repeats in every downtrend.
This is not a bull market. It’s not the kind of rhythm where a crash today is violently reversed tomorrow. On the macro side, the FOMC minutes were hawkish, with most officials favoring more rate hikes; BTC spot ETFs just recorded the largest single-day net outflow in nearly three and a half months; the Strait of Hormuz shipping dropped to a two-month low, and oil prices jumped 4% in a single day — risk-off sentiment is rising, and risky assets are under pressure.
Bottom-fishing in this context only shows you have guts.
The real bottom is never made by retail investors. It has to wait until panic selling is fully cleared, volume shrinks to the point where no one wants to trade, and then a volume surge confirms it. A low-volume rebound is just a service area on the way down, not the final stop.
The market won’t turn around just because you think “it’s about time it stopped falling.” Respect the trend, control your impulses, wait for confirmation, and don’t trade a momentary impulse for a lifetime of being trapped.

#9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 What’s going on with $MAGIC?
It once had a glorious narrative and a genuine community, but the protocol itself has fallen into serious financial distress, with the token’s value capture mechanism almost completely failing, yet it has surged so fiercely these past couple of days.
Business fundamentals: went through restructuring, revenue scale is extremely small
Treasure DAO experienced a major crisis in April 2026. At that time, its annual operating expenses reached $8.3 million, while the treasury balance was only $2.4 million, originally expected to last only until July 2025. The team was forced to lay off 15 people.
Value capture: only “consumption,” no “buyback”
MAGIC does have some deflationary design. Certain mechanisms in Bridgeworld require burning MAGIC to obtain game assets, constituting a token burn channel. At the same time, MAGIC is used to pay for AI Agent’s computing power fees, which is a real use case. But these mechanisms only create “consumption demand,” not “protocol revenue-driven buyback.”
Holding MAGIC is not a bet on value capture, but on whether the narrative of “AI Agent + blockchain gaming” can make MAGIC’s consumption demand significant.
Now it feels like the real driving force behind the rise is the reflexive loop of leverage and sentiment.
However, Treasure is indeed pushing the positioning of “AI Agent” and “Agentic Universe,” and CoinGecko also categorizes it under the AI Agent category. BTC has already bounced back to 82,000, while ETH is still stuck around 2,500.
The more I look at today's market, the more something feels off.
BTC has returned to around 82,600, firmly holding above 82,000; ETH is hovering near 2,490, hitting 2,500 but then dropping back down. Some think ETH should catch up soon, but I’m reluctant to bet on that prematurely.
This isn’t a full market recovery; it looks more like funds are first holding onto BTC, which has the best liquidity. If the rally were truly spreading, ETH wouldn’t be stuck below 2,500 for so long, and ZEC wouldn’t be unresponsive around 1,215. The mainstream is recovering, but thematic tokens aren’t following, indicating that money in the market remains cautious.
My observation criteria are simple: if BTC holds above 82,000 and ETH breaks firmly above 2,500 with volume, then watch for 2,550; if BTC falls back below 82,000 and ETH loses 2,450, this rally is just a rebound, and there’s no need to risk principal betting on ETH catching up.
So today, I’m not chasing ETH or touching high-volatility coins. I’d rather wait for clear signals and accept smaller gains.
The most dangerous mindset now isn’t bearishness, but assuming BTC’s strength alone proves the bull market is back for the entire market.

#霍尔木兹通航降至两月低位,油价跳涨4% In the past seven days, $BTC fell from 87,000 to a low of 80,300, a drop of about 7.7%.
Trigger factors in chronological order: Hawkish FOMC minutes (all 19 officials support one more rate hike) → 10-year US Treasury yield approaching 5.31% (highest since 2002) → US-Iran negotiations deadlock causing oil prices to rise again → ETF net outflows for two consecutive days totaling $729 million (first weekly net outflow in four weeks).
None of these four events are sudden new variables—they represent the market digesting the expectation that the Fed will hike once more this year.
What deserves serious attention is the batch of buy orders that appeared at 80,300.
Glassnode marked a large buy wall for $BTC around 81,000, the largest in this cycle. From actual price behavior, buy orders appeared when BTC dropped to 80,300, followed by a rebound to 82,000–83,000—this buying is genuine, not panic covering.
During the same period, ETH was liquidated for $356 million in a single day, more than six times the BTC liquidation scale—altcoins have much higher leverage than mainstream coins, so the drop was correspondingly larger (ETH fell 3.87% in one day).
QCP’s Q4 baseline range is 80,000 to 90,000, with an upside scenario breaking 100,000 and a downside scenario dropping to 68,000–70,000—this range places this week’s low of 80,300 at the bottom edge of the baseline support zone.
Today’s initial Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index and later today Boston Fed President Collins’ speech are the last two macro signals this week.
But the real directional data comes next week—October 14 CPI. If CPI is soft, the "one more hike this year" expectation in the FOMC minutes will be revised again, giving BTC a chance to retest 87,000 to 87,400; if CPI is hot, 80,000 becomes a real stress test level.
This week’s pullback is healthy—$1.19 billion in liquidations washed out leverage, and futures open interest actually increased during the price drop (from 443,000 to 447,000 BTC), indicating new longs are building positions at low levels.
Can we accept this judgment: this week’s 8% pullback is a buying opportunity, not a trend reversal?

ETH remains bearish in the short term, and the strength of the rebound's follow-through is worth watching closely.
As of 10:00 on October 10, ETH is approximately $2,496.
The previous rebound peaked near $2,521, then fell back below $2,500, indicating selling pressure still exists in this range. I tend to interpret the current movement as a technical correction after a sharp drop, not a bottoming out.
The capital side also lacks support: as of October 8, the US ETH spot ETF has seen net outflows for eight consecutive trading days, totaling about $641 million;
this means the price rebound has not yet been validated by sustained ETF capital inflows.
Going forward, the resistance zone between $2,500 and $2,525 needs close attention. If it is blocked again at a high and effectively breaks below $2,470–$2,475, the pullback may first target $2,430–$2,440, then test $2,400–$2,406. Only if $2,400 is breached and the rebound fails to recover will $2,350–$2,370 become the key support for the next phase;
My bearish view has clear boundaries: if ETH recovers $2,540–$2,550 on the 4-hour chart and holds on a pullback, a reassessment will be necessary.

$NEAR's trading volume has consistently stayed above 200 million USD.
This figure is larger than that of many mainstream coins.
What does this number mean:
Trading volume is not market cap; it is the actual money changing hands daily.
200 million means there are people trading in and out every day.
What it actually did:
When the market fell, it actually pulled up.
Only when the market stabilized did it start to fall back.
It quickly recovered after breaking below the range.
At first, I just thought it was a normal rebound.
Later I realized the trend was almost the same as that wave of $ZEC.
$ZEC went from 451 to 1700 following this rhythm.
Now $ZEC has already broken below the consolidation range.
Most likely it will consolidate for a while.
$NEAR has a market cap of 6.3 billion, ranking 17th.
The threshold for the top 10 is much higher than 6.3 billion.

I calculated it the same way last time.

As of 8:06 Beijing time, OKEx spot price is about $0.124, with a 24-hour high of 0.1282 and low of 0.06564, amplitude about 95%; current price is about 3.4% below the high, with a trading volume of approximately $9.96 million.
OKEx hourly statistics show an open interest nominal value of about $9.25 million, up about 254% in 12 hours, and increased about 7.3% in the last hour; funding rate is about -0.0173%, perpetual contract discount about 0.18%. My judgment is that this is not a simple spot price rally; leveraged positions are accelerating entry, and the negative funding rate indicates shorts are still paying for inverse positions, so volatility may continue to be squeezed and amplified.
The easiest misjudgment is to take the negative funding rate directly as a guarantee of continued rise; it may also just mean new shorts are adding positions against the trend. If open interest grows moderately when breaking through 0.1282 and the funding rate gradually returns to neutral, turnover may be healthier; if it falls back below 0.110 while open interest remains high, high leverage will amplify the drawdown. $MAGIC A brief analysis of BTC short-term trends from Dow Theory, Chan Theory, Elliott Wave Theory, volume-price relationship, order flow, and price action (strategy suggestions)
$BTC #星球日报
Comprehensive assessment
Dow Theory requires reclaiming 83,339 to consider the downtrend sequence broken, which has not been reached.
Chan Theory's rebound central axis upper edge is pressured by the HVN zone, waiting for the exit phase.
Elliott Wave Theory's boundary between C-5 (60%) and Wave D (40%) lies between 83,650-84,400.
Volume-price relationship shows the rebound day's Delta is only +37 million, with no new buying.
Order flow's super HVN zone spans above, buyers are absent.
Price action stalls before resistance levels.
Six-dimensional consensus: This is a low-quality rebound; the final drop of C-5 still follows the baseline script; however, the higher low at 81,549 and the reclaim at 82,700 require bears to maintain discipline—do not chase shorts, wait for pullback or breakout signals, with targets still at 79,500-78,500. From October 7 to 8, ETF net outflow was $729 million.
On October 8, the total network liquidation was $1.09 billion, with longs accounting for $1.05 billion. $BTC
The lowest hit was $80,400, with 55,600 BTC moved to exchanges at a loss — this is an on-chain signal of panic stop-loss.
Then it rebounded today, between $82,000 and $83,000.
$80,000 held firm.
This is the most important thing this week — not how high the rebound went, but that the $80,000 line was not effectively broken.
Below $80,000 is the first real major support after this summer's bottom range (lowest at $58,000). Technically, the daily Supertrend support is at $79,663, and the weekly chart is still above the descending wedge breakout level.
The question now is not "how much it rebounded," but "whether the rebound can sustain":
Will ETF funds flow back or continue to exit — this is the key variable. The $729 million outflow on October 7-8 is one of the largest single-week outflows this year, driven by institutions reassessing risk allocation under the 5.25%+ US Treasury environment.
On October 10, Columbus Day, the US bond market was closed — removing one source of pressure but also one data reference.
Next week on October 13, led by JPMorgan, the Q3 earnings season officially opens. The net interest income and loan loss provisions of big banks are the most direct readings of the real economy's stress under this year's high interest rate environment, directly affecting overall risk appetite.
Hold $82,500, target $84,000-$85,000; break below $80,400, retest $79,600-$80,000.

The market is slightly up, but the underlying security anxiety in the industry is spreading. Behind three coins are three completely different response postures.
$BTC: Constrained by the industry trust crisis. Ledger users' wallets were hacked for over $86 million, severely damaging the belief in self-custody. Although the price has slightly risen, it is more of a technical rebound after an oversell. With frequent security vulnerabilities and retail panic not yet settled, bulls dare not aggressively push the price up and can only passively follow the macro pause, making it difficult to achieve an independent breakout in the short term.
$ETH: Obsessed with infrastructure competition. Unichain will migrate to OP Enterprise, and the testnet will launch. The Layer 2 arms race continues, but this is a long-term infrastructure benefit that cannot be converted into immediate buying pressure. The fundamental problem of weakened mainnet value capture remains unresolved, so funds can only circulate within the ecosystem, causing the price to fluctuate passively.
$ZEC: Directly breaking the deadlock with a technical moat. Developers announced plans to launch quantum-resistant signatures within a month. While the entire industry is overwhelmed by hacker thefts and recent security incidents, ZEC throws out a future defense plan of "quantum computing resistance." This rare hardcore narrative has successfully attracted long-term capital seeking asymmetric opportunities, making the independent market momentum increasingly strong.
In the industry trust crisis, assets without a moat can only passively take hits, while projects that have laid out long-term defensive technology in advance are quietly attracting capital.Four Core Dimensions of Digital Currency: Advanced Ecological Technology, Security, Scarcity, and Broad Adoption Determine Long-Term Value Potential
These four aspects form a complete framework for evaluating the long-term value of digital currencies. They complement each other and are all indispensable. If one dimension is strong but others are weak, the long-term value will be limited.
1. Advanced Ecological Technology — The Driving Engine of Value Growth
Represents underlying technology, architectural innovation, scalability, and iteration potential.
- Whether it has a unique underlying architecture: such as ZK technology, account abstraction, cryptographic agility for upgrades, and the ability to continuously iterate to adapt to future technological changes (quantum computing, RWA real-world asset tokenization).
- Developer friendliness: programming languages, toolchains, and the ability to attract developers to continuously build DeFi, NFT, asset tokenization, and other applications.
- Scalability: transaction costs, TPS, and the capacity to support large-scale users and massive assets.
Example: STRK’s STARK proofs + native account abstraction represent outstanding technological advancement, with the capability for smooth future upgrades to post-quantum cryptography; technologically outdated public chains face huge costs for retrofitting and risk being eliminated in the competition.
2. Security — The Fundamental Baseline for Value Persistence
Divided into two layers: contract security + underlying cryptographic security.
- Short-term security: smart contract audits, multisig governance, bug bounties, anti-hacker measures to defend against contract vulnerabilities and risks like cross-chain bridge attacks.
- Long-term cryptographic security: whether it has post-quantum resistance and cryptographic agility upgrade plans to counter future threats from quantum computers and AI-driven cryptanalysis.
Without security, even the most prosperous ecosystem can collapse overnight. Security is the "bottom line"; only with asset security guaranteed will funds and users be willing to stay long-term. Post-quantum resistance is a long-term security reserve and cannot address current contract vulnerability risks.
3. Scarcity — The Supporting Condition for Value Premium
Scarcity is not simply about low total supply but credible scarcity:
- Token total supply cap, unlocking schedule, burn and buyback mechanisms;
- Whether there is uncontrolled inflation or large team unlock sell pressure;
- Whether scarcity is encoded in the contract with transparent, immutable rules.
Note: A small total supply alone does not equal high value. Without an ecosystem or broad user base, scarcity alone does not create demand. Scarcity needs to be supported by demand to generate a premium.
4. Broad Adoption — The Market Foundation for Value Realization
Refers to the extent of users, developers, capital, and application adoption:
- User scale, trading liquidity;
- Developer ecosystem, number of deployed applications;
- Acceptance by institutions and traditional finance;
- Cross-chain and cross-scenario usage breadth.
Broad adoption determines demand size. No matter how good the technology or how secure and scarce, if no one uses it, value cannot be amplified. The huge value of BTC and ETH largely comes from global widespread consensus and user base.
Summary of the Logical Relationship Among the Four
Advanced ecological technology determines the ceiling; security determines survival; scarcity determines premium space; broad adoption determines demand scale.
The synergy of these four factors unlocks enormous long-term value potential.
- Strong technology but poor security: prone to hacker attacks, high risk of value going to zero.
- Scarce but not widely used: valuable but illiquid, liquidity dries up.
- Many users but outdated technology with no upgrade capability: underlying risks persist facing future quantum and other technological changes.
Example with STRK:
✅ Advanced technology: STARK zero-knowledge proofs + native account abstraction, supporting smooth post-quantum upgrades
✅ Security: proof layer is naturally post-quantum resistant, but contracts and sequencers still require continuous auditing and reinforcement
✅ Scarcity: tokens have fixed release and unlocking schedules
✅ Broad adoption: Ethereum L2, expanding into Bitcoin ecosystem, continuously attracting developers and RWA projects
The synchronized growth of these four factors creates long-term value potential; however, competition in the sector and regulatory risks remain.Met with three public officials at 9 last night, rushed early to Guangdong today $ETH

The shipping volume through the Strait of Hormuz has fallen to a two-month low, sparking market concerns over disruptions to crude oil exports, with Brent crude surging 4% intraday. This strait is a global energy chokepoint, through which a large volume of crude oil is transported; any shipping restrictions directly heighten global energy supply concerns.
Here are my thoughts. The rise in oil prices is not simply positive for risk assets; rather, it reignites inflation expectations. A rebound in inflation will suppress expectations for Federal Reserve rate cuts, push up U.S. Treasury yields, and indirectly weigh on risk assets like BTC.
We need to distinguish two layers of logic here: short-term geopolitical panic will drive safe-haven buying in gold; but energy price increases bring stagflation expectations, which tighten liquidity and put pressure on the crypto market. Rising oil prices ≠ rising Bitcoin, a misconception many fall into.
Trading approach: treat this oil price surge as a macro risk signal and avoid blindly chasing oil-related tokens. Reduce leverage on contracts and focus on changes in long-term U.S. Treasury yields. If shipping through the strait remains sluggish and inflation expectations continue to rise, the risk of a market pullback will increase. Best US chip & tech stock of 2026 YTD: Sandisk (SNDK) +578%

OKB surged from 114 to 143.57 (+26%), and now has dropped back to 126.43 (+0.42%). The daily chart shows a very prominent long upper shadow— is this a shakeout or a distribution?
The bullish case is strong:
In August, 65.26 million tokens were burned, with a total supply permanently locked at 21 million; OKX completed financing at a $25 billion valuation, with Circle and Standard Chartered participating; X Layer, as the native Gas token, is expanding its ecosystem.

#霍尔木兹通航降至两月低位,油价跳涨4% A volume surge in a decline signals panic, so what does a volume contraction during a rebound mean?

$BTC: The big coin is still bullish, but a pullback is also normal.
The $80,000 level held temporarily yesterday morning, and currently the focus is on the consolidation above $82,000. As long as the key support is not broken, there is no need to panic excessively, but blind optimism is also unwarranted.
$MAGIC: Yesterday's trades had both profits and losses.
I made some profits shorting in the afternoon, but lost some back in the evening. After noticing the trend was off, I switched to going long and reduced my position from 20x leverage and 200U to 100U. When the market changes, timely adjustment is necessary; don’t fight the market.
$STRK: Still bullish, but currently showing an unrealized loss of about $800, mainly due to an overly large position.
It’s normal for this type of coin to pull back after the first surge; fluctuations of 5% to 10% are common. Being optimistic about the future doesn’t mean ignoring risks.
Why do you get restless whenever the market moves? Because the money you use to follow trends isn’t truly disposable!
Real disposable money is money that won’t affect your normal life even if lost. Investing isn’t about watching the market all day and being moody with every rise and fall. If you get anxious with slight account fluctuations, it means your position size may exceed your risk tolerance.
For coins with short-term gains of 40% to 70%, once trading volume significantly increases, you need to be more cautious, but volume alone can’t determine price direction.
Being right about the direction doesn’t guarantee profit; controlling position size and protecting your principal are what allow you to wait for real opportunities.
#BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 $XRP XRP short-term trend is weak and volatile, currently around the $1.38–$1.50 range, having retreated from the late September highs, and on October 9th it once dropped to about $1.32. The $1.38 level is the current key support; if broken, downward pressure may extend to $1.335 or even $1.25. A rebound requires first reclaiming $1.40–$1.43 and then breaking through $1.45–$1.50 with volume to have a chance to repair the structure. The listing of XRPN and continuous ETF inflows provide mid-term catalysts, but short-term volatility is larger due to BTC weakness and macro pressures, making it more suitable to assess support and rebound quality based on key levels. Trading tip: selecting assets based on trading volume
This method is very useful for selecting assets regardless of whether it's a bull or bear market, spot or futures.
Open OKX's 24-hour trading volume, and try to choose assets with large trading volumes for trading. The larger the volume, the more active the asset is, with more participants on both long and short sides, increasing the probability of a main upward wave (compared to assets with smaller volume).
If you plan to judge price direction by volume expansion or contraction, better forget it. I've seen many cases of volume expanding or contracting at tops and bottoms; this approach is typical of retail traders. The logic behind sustained price increases is continuous capital inflow supporting the bottom, with market price buying; otherwise, anything is possible. Using trading volume is less effective than using trading amount. Collect assets with large trading amounts and set an absolute threshold, for example, only trade assets with a 50 million USDT trading amount yesterday, or only those above 100 million USDT, or those with over 50 million USDT trading amount within two days, ensuring the assets you trade are active and have low slippage. Volume is suitable for asset selection but absolutely not for entry or exit timing. #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息

Let's start with some numbers: 180,000 people were liquidated, $1.1 billion vanished into thin air, 90% were long positions. BTC bottomed at 80500, ETH at 2420, ZEC lost 14% in one day. Last night's spike was deep.
What about today? BTC climbed back to 82500, ETH stood above 2500, ZEC bounced 10%. The same market, after one night, sentiment completely reversed.
A few details worth watching:
First, the 80,000 level was tested once and bounced back. It wasn't a repeated grind, but a direct rebound. This shows there are indeed buyers below, not just air.
Second, ETH broke 2500 but closed back above. Such "false breaks" are often the last panic sell-off. Those who sold at the bottom are likely regretting it today.
Third, the liquidation structure changed. Yesterday, 90% of liquidations were longs, meaning leveraged long positions were forcibly cleared. Positions that should be leveraged have already been leveraged and wiped out by the market.
So the current question isn't "whether to bottom-fish," but "whether the bottom is solid enough."
But there's a premise: tonight must not break below 81000 again. If it does, yesterday's spike is just a downward continuation, not a bottom.
In terms of trading, chasing shorts is the dumbest move. Bears have already taken profits; chasing now just hands the last baton to others. Chasing longs isn't urgent either; wait for a pullback confirmation.
$BTC $ETH Today the market shows two completely different trends: On one side, BTC, ETH, and SOL ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds) are all bleeding simultaneously, with global funds continuing to flow into cash assets; on the other side, OKX is expanding tokenized stock trading and officially supports deposits and withdrawals of xStocks through X Layer. My judgment is: In the short term, market trends are determined by capital outflows and high capital costs; in the long term, tokenized assets and on-chain financial infrastructure will continue to advance. For OKB, the real use cases of X Layer have increased again, but the staking demand for Exchange OS (Exchange Operating System) has yet to be quantitatively verified. 1. ETF funds: Three capital lines weaken simultaneously On October 8, BTC spot ETFs saw a net outflow of about $244 million, marking two consecutive trading days of outflows, totaling approximately $729 million. ETH experienced a net outflow of about $72.5 million, continuing for eight consecutive trading days, totaling about $641 million. SOL had a net outflow of about $3.3 to $3.5 million, marking the fourth consecutive trading day of outflows, totaling about $21.2 million. As of the morning report cutoff, data for October 9 has not yet completed fund-level aggregation and is therefore not used. The current situation is clear: funds are not rotating among BTC, ETH, and SOL but are overall reducing exposure to crypto assets. ETH faces the greatest pressure, SOL's outflow scale is smaller, and BTC has shifted from previously relatively strong to continuous large outflows. 2. OKX expands tokenized stock trading: X 【Weight loss drugs start selling longevity stories, can they really extend life within a lifetime???】
Tirzepatide and semaglutide have surprisingly begun to spin stories around anti-aging. Recent studies found that some treated patients showed about 2–4 years of improvement in biological age markers. The cards held by Eli Lilly ($LLY) and Novo Nordisk ($NVO) are clearly no longer just about weight loss.
Novo Nordisk’s data comes from aging clock analysis, and Eli Lilly’s study on 71 subjects is exploratory and cannot yet prove that human lifespan is truly extended. Mouse experiments did observe lifespan increases, but this cannot be directly applied to humans yet.
The imagination space for pharma stocks has indeed opened up, but capital won’t blindly buy in just because of a new story. Currently, Eli Lilly’s stock performance is clearly stronger than Novo Nordisk’s, as the market is already trading on the competitiveness and growth expectations of both companies’ products.
If anti-aging is ultimately validated in human clinical trials, it could become the next valuation catalyst; for now, it’s more like a ticket to imagination given to the market. Watching $LLY and $NVO is fine, but don’t mistake a few years’ rollback on the aging clock as a direct extension of lifespan by several years.
