Day 2 of the recovery plan
Yesterday, I went long on SanDisk at 1723, thinking it would surge to 1800, but felt the upward momentum was insufficient after reaching 1730. Also, seeing Bitcoin continuously dropping, I set a relatively high stop loss at 1700. My position was small, so I had no plan to hold through losses. At 3 o'clock, the stop loss signal was triggered. During the day, I saw SanDisk return to 1700, and in the afternoon it dropped to 1670, which tempted me to go long again, but fortunately I stopped myself. As expected, it continued to fall at night, but I still have a positive outlook on SanDisk and will enter long positions at the right time. Currently, I hold a short position on BTC opened at 83300, successfully recovering the losses from SanDisk, but I do not plan to sell now. Holding BTC, I believe, also helps indicate the overall market trend.$MET perpetual 20x short position, opened at 0.4658, currently 0.4378, floating profit +120.22%.
The logic is very simple: repeated attempts to rally near 0.4658 are weak, every rebound is quickly crushed, the upper shadows get longer and longer, and buying pressure is clearly exhausted. Once volume breaks below 0.45, confirm on the right side, then enter short. 20x leverage, stop loss at 0.48. This drop is extremely smooth, giving no chance for a rebound.
Now move the stop loss to 0.45 to lock in profits. If volume breaks below 0.4, can hold a bit longer. $BTC $ETH #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 $DOGE is taking a different path: security first, hype later.

#DailyOrbit Brushing the rankings and came across $TRX, so I casually showed it to the bros. The price at 0.33 is flat, barely moved in 24 hours, only dropped 0.9%, and hasn’t fallen much in 7 days, with volume slightly higher than usual.
The problem is, I really don’t have any solid story to tell about it. No new narrative, no hot topic, it just suddenly appeared on the volatility list with a turnover of over 30 million. Typical capital game, the big players shake things up, retail investors guess at the door.
If you talk about TRX’s foundation, it’s an old public chain, had its glory days before, now it’s just sitting there. The volatility is most likely someone riding the concept for a pump, whether to follow depends on your guts.
If you want to play, only try with small money. A word of warning upfront: coins like this with no news and no volume buildup can get halved in no time, and if luck runs out, they might just disappear on you. I’m not touching it, just watching. $TRX Many still ask if $ETH has bottomed. I don’t think so.

Didn't overthink it: the previous consolidation lasted long enough, the 168.25 level was repeatedly confirmed as valid, the top pattern is very clear. In previous times when it touched 2600 or 2800, it did pull back near 2100, but those times started lower and BTC wasn't as high as now, so we can't just copy that pattern. The consolidation is longer, and the lows are getting higher each time. At the extreme, I see it between 2250 and 2450, and it might not even go down that far.
The main force's tactic is simple: make those on the bus uncomfortable enough to get off, but not let those off the bus comfortably get on, grinding repeatedly at low levels. Altcoins that should have dropped have already done so, so don't panic too much. Those with strong liquidation lines on longs can reduce their positions a bit and then aim for a 5% swing later. #DailyOrbit Market Overview: The quality of the rebound matters more than the direction
Overnight hawkish minutes were released, causing BTC to quickly drop from 85,500 to 82,700, currently resting around 83,300; ETH weakened in sync, sliding from 2,700 to 2,540, with 2,570 only a weak recovery and the 2,778 high point now distant. The key is not this candlestick, but that 87,300 was not held, and bulls were crowded before the minutes, so when bearish news came, there was a concentrated sell-off.
There are no new major data releases today; the real test is whether the rebound has volume. US Treasury yields remain high, and if the Asian and European sessions fail to support, BTC retesting 82,700 or even 82,000 is not unexpected. The bias remains bearish on the rebound: BTC reference range 84,500–85,500, target 82,700–82,000; ETH reference range 2,620–2,680, target 2,520–2,450. If BTC closes above 86,000 with volume, the bearish logic is invalidated; do not stubbornly fight against the trend.
Question for you: After this rebound ends, will we see 82,000 first, or will it directly recover to 86,000? Brothers, $BTC took a waterfall drop today, and the debate has started again:
Is it still a bull market now, or has it already entered a bear market?
My conclusion first: the short term is already showing a bear market trend, but the long cycle hasn't been completely sentenced yet.
$BTC has been hammered down to around 82,000, ETH dropped to 2,500, and SOL even hit 111 directly. Altcoins have clearly fallen harder, indicating that funds are rapidly withdrawing from high-risk assets.
This drop was not without warning.
Oil prices surged to around $104, inflation expectations heated up, US Treasury yields continued to rise; meanwhile, BTC repeatedly failed to break through 87,000, then 83,000 and 82,000 were successively lost, triggering stop-loss orders, liquidation orders, and programmed sell orders all at once, turning a normal correction into a waterfall. $ETH #ETF仍在流入,BTC为何下跌? The second top gainer $ASP, but the spot market only traded less than $30,000 in a day. Don't get carried away by this kind of bullish candle.
Looking at the top gainers list tonight, ASP stands out with +11%. I clicked into the spot page to see what new narrative it has, but I couldn't hold back: current price is $0.0113, up about 11% in 24 hours, but the spot 24-hour trading volume is only 29,800 USDT. The millions shown on the leaderboard include contracts aggregated together; the real spot market is pitifully thin.
The project is called Aspecta, focusing on AI-driven pricing for illiquid assets, providing price discovery for non-tokenized shares, locked tokens, and RWA. The concept is not bad, but the problem is that small coins with a market cap of a few million dollars and ranking around 1800 basically don't rely on fundamentals. A few slightly larger buy orders can push the price up, and it can just as easily be dumped. There's no solid new catalyst today; it looks more like funds are using AI+RWA tags to stir sentiment.
The chart is already showing weakness: RSI has reached 72 in the overbought zone. Today it fell from a high of 0.01195 to 0.0113, closing with a long upper shadow. Those chasing the high are already trapped, and on October 24th, there will be a token unlock of 3.5% of the total supply waiting. This kind of coin is just for watching the excitement. If you really want to participate, wait for a pullback with shrinking volume to stabilize. Don't be fooled by the leaderboard numbers into catching the falling knife.
Next, watch if it can hold above 0.011 with volume. If it can't hold, this bullish candle is most likely a wick. $ASP #RWA #AI Not investment advice, DYOR$BTC 82200 was also taken, the 126th hit ✅

Back to the market, my previous views have basically been validated, feels like every word I said is valuable. This time luck was also good, hope it can help you all.
I've mentioned the 82200 level many times before, "The main force is very motivated to take it, once broken it will be 80000," you can check my previous quotes. During BTC's push to 90,000, I should be one of the few bloggers repeatedly reminding about the risk of a pullback around ten thousand dollars. I judged that before the main upward wave starts, there will definitely be deep shakeouts and frustrating market moves, which was also validated. So in terms of operations, I closed contracts in the high range, fully/partially exited altcoins, and hedged by opening $BTC and $UNI hedge positions (real trading on OKX), so this wave was relatively comfortable.
Looking back at this period, altcoins have indeed been a bloodbath, the previously strongest $UNI and $ZEC have also pulled back nearly 35% this wave.
My plan remains unchanged: build positions gradually from September to November, unless a black swan event occurs, then go all in directly. $HYPE perpetual 50x short position, opened at 88.615, currently at 84.238, floating profit +246.96%.

I initially entered with 2560 at 30x leverage. Around noon, seeing the trend, I noticed a possible crash, so I took a small profit at 2565 and closed the position. Then I bought ZEC. Recently, ZEC's trend has been linked to the overall market, with bigger fluctuations than Ethereum, meaning higher profits and risks. I shorted one lot, making about 50% profit, reaching 7.5u. Then I reversed to a 20x long position. Because the leverage was lower, I didn't monitor the market closely and thought it might consolidate sideways, so I didn't set stop loss or take profit. When I finished work, I found ZEC had dropped continuously by 30 points. At that time, I didn't decisively stop loss, and eventually stopped loss just before liquidation, maximizing losses. After the stop loss, the funds were about 3u. I operated frequently and ended up liquidated to zero in a daze.

Ethereum has been in a continuous downtrend these past two days, with support levels consistently breaking.
The sharp drop in $ETH over the last two days wasn’t caused by a single piece of news, but by a combination of macro pressure and ETF withdrawals. These two factors together pushed prices down; buying only partially offset the selling pressure and did not fully hedge against the negative news.
US Treasury yields remain above 5%, and oil prices are holding above $100. These two variables together are draining liquidity, preventing the valuation ceiling of risk assets from rising. Leveraged long positions are the most vulnerable in this environment and get liquidated with even a slight drop.

Price +1.02%, position volume +1.35%; current fee rate -0.0413% (4-hour cycle). On the surface, the current cryptocurrency and stock markets appear calm, but in reality, risks are rising sharply. This is especially severe in the crypto space. First, the continuously rising US Treasury yields keep hitting risk assets and the crypto market, with the Federal Reserve's gradual rate hikes exerting downward pressure on gold and Bitcoin. Second, within the past month, the crypto market's risk leverage above 20x has expanded dramatically; the total contract positions across the network have increased by more than 50% in just over a month. Market makers need to intensify volatility to harvest retail investors. At the same time, reducing high leverage is beneficial for crypto market stability; otherwise, the ever-increasing risk leverage could inevitably trigger another painful liquidation event like the one on October 11 last year. Third, whales and early OGs are cashing out to secure profits, accelerating sell-offs and locking in gains early, unwilling to help unlock or prop up high-position chips. Fourth, the US government is choosing to cash out part of its $BTC holdings at high levels and may further sell other $BTC and $ETH. Meanwhile, ETF inflows are slowing, with signs of outflows and redemptions. Fifth, in recent months, meme coins and low-quality altcoins in the crypto market have generally seen considerable gains, some even exceeding 100%, prompting early-loss users to seize the opportunity to cash out and break even. Sixth, hacker activity has become increasingly frequent over the past two months, with more projects being breached and stolen funds rising significantly, especially in DeFi and Ethereum L2 concepts. There are many other factors I won't list one by one; October is a month to pay particular attention to.The Federal Reserve's "present continuous tense" is choking the lifeblood of the crypto circle
The scariest thing about the September FOMC minutes is not what was said, but the tense — most officials lean toward "raising rates again," not "having raised them," but "still wanting to raise." This means that holding steady in September is just a reprieve, and there is likely another rate hike to come. For the crypto circle, this is more fatal than a non-farm payroll surprise: if employment collapses, you can bet on a rate cut, but the Fed saying it still wants to tighten means the liquidity faucet is being turned off even more. The 30-year Treasury yield is stuck at 5.6%, off-exchange funds are already cautious, and now they dare not enter the market.
Bitcoin fell below 84,000, and ETF inflows can't hold it up. The reason is simple: selling pressure comes from tax season coin liquidation, while buying is just institutional dollar-cost averaging base positions. Strong selling and weak buying means the price can only look for support lower.
There are three strategies: hold your spot base positions firmly, as that is the only safe cushion; avoid contracts, as the minutes are hawkish plus technical breakdowns mean spikes can directly pierce through; hold your USDT tight, wait for tax season selling pressure and rate hike panic to clear out, and only pick up chips when a real golden pit is formed.
Don't rush to bottom-fish just because of ETF inflows; the market is playing the expectation gap. 📉 From shorting at 2550 to a volume surge and decline approaching 2500 in the evening, the market has already given the first segment of profit.
🎯 My trading plan is also very clear: take 50% profit at 2450 first, and keep the remaining position watching 2410; after the first target is achieved, move the stop loss of the remaining position to the cost.
⚠️ But if there is a clear volume surge and stop of decline near 2500, I will choose to actively reduce the position instead of stubbornly waiting for the target price.
Why?
Because the most common mistake shorts make is: after the first drop is correct, they start to be greedy for the second drop.
🧠 What this trade really taught me is not the price 2550, but the impulse to "break the level and chase shorts."

Treasury Secretary Bessent offered a different script: once the Iran conflict stops and energy stabilizes, inflation will retreat, and interest rates will naturally follow down. It sounds like easing is just around the corner.
But the September minutes slapped that down directly: all 19 members unanimously raised rates to 4%, and most believe another hike is needed before year-end. The White House calls for cuts, the Fed hits the brakes—who’s in charge? At least for now, the steering wheel remains in the Fed’s hands. Political rhetoric can shape expectations but cannot change the current course.
The market is even less convinced. $BTC hit a low of 82200 today, no rise; gold surged to 4100, silver broke 60. Safe-haven assets are celebrating, risk assets silent, funds clearly don’t believe in "imminent rate cuts." No one knows when Iran will end, but a December hike seems set in stone.
Rate cut expectations are certainly positive, but that’s distant water; the immediate reality is the fire of rate hikes. For the crypto market, first endure the liquidity tightening, then talk about easing stories. #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 #ETF仍在流入,BTC为何下跌? All in with 250,000 U to short $ZEC!!
This wave is really awesome!! Made a killing!!
Earned 600,000 RMB
Yesterday I just felt something was off with this coin
It surged from a few hundred dollars all the way to 1695!!
How many people were still shouting to push it to 2000??
How many thought it could keep taking off??
But the more I looked, the more I felt something was wrong!!
It can’t break through the high!! The rebounds are getting weaker!!
Especially around 1300!!
Dragging on for a long time but just can’t lift!!
Isn’t this a typical sign that the bulls are out of steam??
So I directly reversed to short!!
$ZEC entry price 1391.71!!
Full position with 10x leverage!!
At that time, some said I was too aggressive!!
Said you can’t just short such a strong coin!!
And the result???
Now $ZEC has been smashed down to around 1123!!
Hahaha!! This really made me laugh with joy!!
Look at my position!!
Contract value: 226,166 U!!
Entry price: 1391.71!!
Mark price: 1123.36!!
Unrealized profit: 54,027 U!!
Return rate directly hit +235.56%!!
And this is just floating profit, fam!!!
One short position with a floating profit of 54,000 U!!
Looking at this string of green numbers in my account!!
Who understands this feeling!!!
Look at $ZEC’s daily chart!!
Smashed down from 1695.50 all the way down!!
EMA5, EMA10, EMA20 all broken!!
Yesterday it was still struggling around 1300!!
Today a big bearish candle smashed through 1200!!
Lowest dipped to 1111.30!!
The bulls are really stunned this time!!
What’s the most interesting thing??
Next door $STRK is still rising!!
24-hour increase of 18.92%!!
$MET also surged from around 0.30 to 0.546!!
Some coins in the market are still performing wildly!!
But $ZEC is diving all the way down!!
What does this mean??
It means no matter how popular a coin is!!
If it’s risen too much, people will still take profits!!
The bulls who chased high before!!
Are probably starting to doubt their lives now!!
But I won’t get cocky just because I made money!!
After all, $ZEC is very volatile!!
If it suddenly rebounds!!
High leverage short positions can easily give back profits!!
You still have to protect profits when needed!!
But this time I have to say!!
Shorted from 1391 to 1123!!
Floating profit 54,027 U!!
Return rate 235.56%!!
This market really let me feast!!
Those who were shouting yesterday that $ZEC would break new highs!!
Why are they all quiet now??
Market manipulators!!
Don’t you like to pump crazily??
Don’t you like to squeeze the shorts to death??
Why can’t you hold up yourself this time??
Come on!! Keep performing!!
Hahahahaha!!!
This $ZEC short position really feels amazing!!!
A 250,000 U level short operation!!
A floating profit of 54,000 U!!
This time I really took a big bite of meat!!!

不过,这不意味着可以一路往下修改挂单、直到必然成$XRP perpetual 100x short position, opened at 1.4269, now at 1.3498, floating profit +540.33%.
The idea is very simple: the top consolidates with extremely low volume, volatility is crushed to the floor, indicating that the chips are ready to loosen. A single high-volume bearish candle smashed the price down from 1.4269, a typical breakdown signal, shorting is favored over longing. 100x leverage, stop loss at 1.45. The trend is continuously downward, giving no comfortable exit points.
At this position, I plan to take profit on half of the position first, and move the stop loss of the remaining half to 1.38 to let profits run. If 1.25 breaks down with volume, I will continue holding; if it doesn't break, I will close all positions. $BTC $ETH #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 $SNDK — I’m done with contracts. 😮💨 After getting a few market calls right, I started thinking I had finally figured out the game. That confidence quickly turned into overconfidence. Yesterday, I shorted SanDisk ($SNDK ) and then made the mistake of opening a high-leverage contract position. The result? I lost around 900 yuan, including principal and fees. Luckily, I realized something was wrong and closed the position quickly. If I had hesitated, the position could have been liquidated befo🔥$ETH The short position direction was correct this time, but my self-assessment is still: not calm enough.
📊 The 1-hour chart clearly shows a bearish alignment, so logically following the trend to short is fine. Entered at 2550, stop loss at 2591, target 2450–2410, and the risk-reward ratio was calculated in advance.
💥 The real problem was at the "breakout moment."
I waited all day without a rebound, then the price suddenly dropped below the previous low with volume. The first thought in my mind was: if I don’t get in now, it’s gone.
So I FOMO entered.
📉 Later, the price dropped again with volume near 2500, proving the directional judgment was correct.
But this is exactly where it’s easiest to fool yourself—being right about the market doesn’t mean the trade was executed well.
🧠 If I could do it again, I’d rather miss the first move and wait for a 2560–2570 pullback confirmation.
Earning a little less is fine; there’s no need to gamble on entry timing.
Brothers, when you encounter a breakout market, can you resist chasing? #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 #ETF仍在流入,BTC为何下跌? #跟着OKX打卡2049 Help! This wave of sell-off is harsher than expected
Since last night, it's been a massacre. BTC slid from 83,000 all the way down to 81,000, ETH is even worse, once 2,500 broke it kept falling, now at 2,420. The worst is ZEC, plunging from 1,341 to 1,135, down over 14% in 24 hours, wiping out a month's gains in just a few days.
This is not an ordinary correction. Last night the Fed minutes came out hawkish, saying there will be another rate hike this year. The 10-year US Treasury yield hit 5.36%, the highest since 2002. Money is getting more expensive, high valuation assets get hit first, and crypto, being a high Beta asset, falls faster than anyone.
$BTC is now near 81,000, down nearly 3% in 24h. The 80,000 psychological level is right ahead; if it holds, it’s a consolidation bottom, if not, expect 78,000.
$ETH is near 2,420, down nearly 8% in 24h. Once 2,500 broke, the next support is the 2,400 psychological level, weaker than BTC.
$ZEC is the worst at 1,135, down 14% in 24h. This coin doubled in a month when rising, but fell back to pre-rally levels in ten days; those who leveraged up have already been liquidated.
In short: before the rate hike expectations settle, don’t catch falling knives. If you really want to be bullish, at least wait for US Treasury yields to peak and BTC to reclaim 83,000. Bottom fishing now is not brave, it’s reckless.
#9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 🔥$ETH Whether this trade makes a profit or not is not important; what’s truly worth reviewing is: why did I chase at the moment of the breakdown?
📉 Today’s ETH decline wasn’t sudden—geopolitical risks heated up, validator exit queues surged, and leveraged long positions concentratedly liquidated, directly causing a "drop → liquidation → continued drop" stampede.
🧠 Yesterday I was waiting for $BTC and ETH to rebound to short, but the market never gave the chance. At noon, volume broke below the previous low; fearing missing out, I chased short at 2550 directly.
🎯 The plan was clear: stop loss at 2591, first target at 2450, second target at 2410, with a risk-reward ratio close to 1:3.
⚠️ But the biggest problem was obvious—FOMO.
If I had waited for a 2560–2570 pullback to confirm resistance before entering, not only would the entry be more comfortable, but the stop loss range would also be smaller.
Trading isn’t about who runs fastest, but who can endure more.
The most common mistake when shorting is whether to chase the breakdown or to endure losses? #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 #ETF仍在流入,BTC为何下跌? #跟着OKX打卡2049 $BCH, as a veteran forked coin, has recently lacked new narrative support, with 316.4 forming a phase top.
I shorted with 50x leverage, currently at 282.5, with an unrealized profit of +537.29%.
From a technical perspective, 282.5 is approaching the 280 support; a break would target 260; a rebound above 300 faces heavy trapped positions.
Earning 5 times with 50x leverage, avoid greed, it is recommended to take significant profits to lock in gains, and keep a base position with breakeven stop loss. $BTC $ETH #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 Brent is back above $100 and $BTC slipped under $84K.
Let’s analyze this combination rather than the red candle itself.
$BTC fell from ~$86.6K to as low as $83.84K while Brent climbed to ~$101.50 after the latest tanker attacks.
At the same time, the 10Y moved to 5.31% and the dollar strengthened across every G10 currency.
My read is that expensive oil can keep inflation concerns alive, yields make risk capital more expensive, and a stronger dollar adds another headwind.
#DailyOrbit $BTC just broke below $81,000, losing the $82K support level that had held for a long time.
Over $400M in long positions were liquidated in the past hour, adding to the selling pressure as overleveraged bulls get flushed out.
The key question now: does $80K hold, or does the market need a deeper reset first? After more than a year in the game, I've liquidated for the third time. The first liquidation happened during the black swan event in November, combined with too frequent average price adjustments. I actually don't remember the second liquidation clearly; I felt like I didn't learn much from it. Then this time, I liquidated again, having c2c'd 30u and then c2c'd 10u but didn't enter, and still got liquidated. This liquidation was actually anticipated. Although I kept my position size under 5%, I opened too many orders. When was the warning? Probably last Thursday, after a big drop followed by a rebound, I had many open orders then, but luckily I didn't lose much. This time it didn't work out. I refused to admit losses and was unwilling to set stop losses because they kept getting triggered. To put it this way, at the start of the third time, I only had 15u and was trading the trend, hitting 24u in one day, then 42u the next day, doubling again. Over the weekend, the market oscillated and swept my stop losses, leaving me with 32u, so I stopped using stop losses, which led to this liquidation. Fortunately, with isolated margin, I still have some bullets left.$SAND perpetual 50x short position, opened at 0.07655, currently at 0.06821, floating profit +544.74%.
The logic is simple: repeated failed attempts to rally near 0.07655, every rebound was quickly crushed, the upper shadows grew longer, and buying pressure clearly exhausted. Once volume broke below 0.072, confirmed on the right side, entered short. 50x leverage, stop loss at 0.078. This drop was extremely smooth, giving no chance for a rebound.
Now moving the stop loss to 0.072 to lock in profits. If volume breaks below 0.06, can hold a bit longer. $CT $DOGE #跟着OKX打卡2049
