$AERO Damn it! Looking at AERO's chart makes me shake my head. Outside it's quiet, the market is like dogs biting each other, the dog dealer's sickle at 0.8053 is held very high, purely funds are forcibly pushing and smashing, the shakeout is making people's scalps tingle.
There is layer upon layer of selling pressure above the K-line, all volume is fake, clearly a trap to lure bulls to take the fall. Don't rush to chase, we need to change direction in this muddy water—short directly near 0.8053, stop loss at 0.8250, if it dares to rise accept it, if not just wait for it to collapse on its own.
This market is really something, the dog dealer wants to cut the chives, so we ambush against its blade. Don't ask, just control your position well and always set a stop loss. 👇👇👇Today the overall account pressure is quite high. The LTC short position profit continues to run, the ETH long position has a small controllable loss, but $TRUMP is deeply trapped and has pushed the margin ratio to an extremely dangerous level.
$LTC: Entry price 64.4183, current price 63.5196, isolated 20X short position, floating profit 89.87U, ROI 27.90%. This position is the anchor of today's account, smoothly declining all the way, fully capturing this wave of short profits. Continue holding, first see if 63 can be broken, then consider taking profit.
$ETH: Entry price 2495.52, current price 2489.37, isolated 20X long position, floating loss 31.2U, ROI -5.00%. Since entry, it has hovered near the cost line with little fluctuation. Fortunately, the margin ratio is as high as 1060%, no pressure at all. The liquidation price below is 2381; as long as it doesn't break this level, continue holding to watch for a rebound.
$TRUMP: Entry price 2.7029, current price 1.8540, full position 20X long, floating loss 848.99U, ROI -915.86%. This position is currently the biggest burden. Since it is full position mode, the margin ratio has dropped to 3.33%, just a hair away from liquidation. The take profit is still set at 3.0. Cutting losses now is meaningless; can only rely on the remaining account funds to hold on hard, waiting for a rebound miracle.
#9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 #跟着OKX打卡2049 $STRK This trade is the first time flipping to long after several consecutive days of shorting, considered a reverse correction to the extremely crowded short sentiment.
Long opened at 0.07105 with 50x leverage, currently at 0.07406, floating profit 199%. On the 4-hour timeframe, after a volume-driven main rise from 0.0478 to 0.0766, it pulled back to around 0.071 with reduced volume and stabilized. The logic for opening long was solid at the time: after a big bullish candle, no panic selling occurred, volume contracted healthily, and the narrative on the page was about Starknet considering transitioning to L1 and quantum security upgrades. Buyers actively absorbed at low levels (there was a long lower shadow at 0.05465), and the position quickly moved away from the cost zone after opening.
However, the current state requires staying clear-headed. After consecutive big wins from shorting earlier, the sentiment can easily swing to the opposite extreme. The current 4-hour candle left an upper shadow after hitting 0.07660, now priced at 0.07406 (down 1.67% in 24 hours), and the rebound volume is starting to decrease, indicating real selling pressure above 0.075. With 50x leverage, profit retracements hurt the mindset more than losses. In the middle of the night, I scrolled through the blockchain and found a badass.
A certain address, with a perfect historical record, showing a profit of over nine million dollars. After BTC took a hit this round, what did this person do? They went all in with 20x leverage, putting in 12,000 $ETH, a position worth tens of millions of dollars, now floating with a profit of hundreds of thousands just lying there counting money. Twenty times leverage, can you believe it?
I really don’t get what this person is aiming for—either highly skilled and fearless, or just so winning that they’re getting cocky. If ETH moves just a bit, the profit or loss on this position is something ordinary people can’t even dream of in a lifetime.
After seeing this, all I want to say is, the amount that shakes in their position is enough to cover my mortgage for a year. For these big players’ gambles, just watch and like, don’t get involved—getting involved means waiting to blow up. $BTC $ETH "While a major single-day ETF outflow failed to trigger an immediate Bitcoin crash—revealing resilient underlying support—isolated daily metrics are secondary. The critical factor going forward is whether consecutive days of unabsorbed liquidations signal a structural trend reversal rather than a minor adjustment. Currently, the primary risk is a phantom price rebound masking continuous fund withdrawals, an environment that routinely traps late buyers."

#$MAGIC just said the pullback feels comfortable, and it gave a chance again.
Holding MAGIC at 0.07732 long, 20x leverage, mark price 0.10266, floating profit +655.71%; current price 0.10271, 24-hour high reached 0.10678, volume continues to pile up to 371M/36.83M. The previous spike at 0.10341 didn’t suppress it, now it’s directly retesting near the previous high, all moving averages are underfoot, MA5 at 0.083, MA10 at 0.073, MA20 at 0.070, the short-term trend is clearly bullish and self-driven.
But I still say: take the first profit for the safest exit, don’t be greedy with the rest. 0.1 is a psychological barrier; if it holds, watch for 0.10678/0.11; once it spikes up then falls back, failing to hold 0.10 or breaking 0.095, it’s time to activate the protective orders. Taking over six hundred points at 20x leverage is luck plus judgment, don’t let your winning position turn into a scare.
Came back from a late-night snack planning to sleep, but the account lit up green again. Fine, let it run near the previous high, I’m watching closely, not rushing into a rocket marriage.Looked at a set of data, quite interesting, sharing it with you.
BTC is now 82,770 (24h +2.40%), the long-short contract open interest ratio is 1.44
Still rising compared to half a day ago (1.42) — the number of bulls is increasing.
On the spot side, the 1-hour active trades show more aggressive buying, with a buy-sell ratio of 1.23.
My experience is: the long-short ratio reflects retail sentiment; places with more people often aren't where the money is. When the ratio is high, I tend to be more cautious.

The scale of the first positive spread for $ETH is very small. The near-buy far-sell quote spread is +0.56%, with the first pair scale around $198; at a scale of 10,000, this pair only covers about 2%. A big bullish candlestick surged to 0.14344, but then it immediately entered a round of pullback. The $ALGO market has indeed been quite volatile. Many people couldn't resist chasing after the sudden spike, only to see the price quickly return to the initial breakout area.
At that time, I opened a short position near 0.13321, mainly considering that after the sharp rally, the price failed to hold the high level, the hourly chart kept closing bearish candles, and the volume quickly dropped from an explosive state. Now the price has come down to around 0.1156, with the short position floating profit about 6.6 times.
What’s more noteworthy is that the rebounds have repeatedly been capped below 0.12, MACD has formed a new death cross, both lines are below the zero line, and KDJ has slipped into the oversold zone. Short-term bears still dominate, but a technical rebound could occur at any time.
Currently, around 0.11516 is the previous low support. If it breaks down, it may continue to test 0.112 or even 0.11. If it recovers above 0.1185, the short-term downtrend pace may slow down.
The biggest risk in this market is seeing a big bullish candlestick and thinking it’s about to take off. A rapid rise doesn’t mean it’s stable. $BTC $ETH #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 The anonymity coin sector's heat has cooled down, with $ZEC plummeting under high volatility, yielding a short position profit of 370.48%.
As a veteran privacy coin, ZEC is extremely sensitive to market sentiment, showing strong upward elasticity but equally fierce declines. Earlier, it rebounded on privacy narratives, but as the overall market weakened, sentiment premiums quickly faded. Without new positive catalysts, funds collectively withdrew from the anonymity sector, causing valuations to rapidly revert.
Each rebound on the chart is weaker than the last, with rallies lacking volume and declines showing increased volume—clearly a signal of bulls retreating.
I entered a short position at 1316.78, confirming the position on a breakdown, adding to the position under rebound pressure, and locking in profits in batches during the main downtrend. I don't guess the bottom or hold losing positions; I steadily profit by following the trend. $ETH $SOL #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 $ETH: Don't just focus on the candlestick chart; the real risk lies in leverage ⚠️
In this round for ETH, the candlestick chart is just the surface. The real danger is the 98,000 long positions stuck near the liquidation line. A slight touch could trigger a chain reaction of liquidations. 😨
The moving averages are pressing from above, the rebound feels powerless, falling back as soon as it hits resistance. The external environment isn't favorable either: U.S. Treasury yields are rising, the dollar is strong, and risk assets are collectively retreating; the meeting minutes are hawkish, and sentiment continues to cool. ❄️
In the short term, watch 2540 closely—this is the last shield for the bulls. If 2518 breaks, what lies below is unlikely a golden pit, more like a slide. At this point, going short with the trend is often easier than stubbornly holding long. Don't waste your courage catching flying knives. 🔪
Here's the question for you: Will 2550 hold, or is 2518 destined to break? What's your level? See you in the comments. 👇

From 1343 to 1112, this is not a story, it's a fact. The daytime rebound to 1230 was weak, 1247 is the 24-hour high, 1250–1300 is a resistance zone; approaching it is not a breakout but a short-selling opportunity.
The daily moving averages are still bearish, MACD is below the zero line, the structure has not been repaired. A few small bullish candles are just a cooldown, not a recovery.
I continue to hold my 1218 short position, stop loss above 1260, first target 1112; if broken, next stop 1000. Stop loss is clear, risk-reward ratio is appropriate. Don't be fooled by the rebound into exiting early.

Shorted at 8.1, closed at 7.35. Although I didn't catch the lowest point, I basically took what I should have during this period.
Looking at the chart, it's actually very clear. Once the lower edge of that big box above broke, there was hardly any decent rebound afterward, volume increased all the way down, and the bearish momentum was very decisive.
Now the price has returned to around 7.5, which just happens to be the upper edge of the old box below.$PENGU This profit makes me feel both honored and fearful, afraid that the market will realize tomorrow and blacklist me.
When the screen is full of green, others are looking for the bottom, but I focus on the resistance above PENGU. Every surge falls just short, volume doesn't keep up, selling pressure is strong, so I judge the high position is under pressure and directly signal bearish bias. Just after seeing the negative news, the market's weak rebound is a signal.
From 0.009042 to 0.008059, the short position yielded +544.12%, a very satisfying gain. Timing was perfect, those on board should be waking up smiling, it was worth the wait.
Hold as long as the trend is intact, run when it breaks, don't fall in love with stocks.
First take profit on 80%, keep 20% to protect the cost basis, and don't let the rebound eat back your profits. Take profits when you should, let profits run if it continues to drop. The premise of compounding is survival; the shortcut to getting rich often leads to zero.

The first adopters include Aave, Venus, and others, with the change compressing the "cross-chain—network switch—then deposit" process into a single flow.
Funds are not duplicated in vaults on every chain. The adapter uses CCIP to send source chain assets to the target chain vault, while accounting, strategy, governance, and risk parameters remain on the main chain.
Aave's sGHO will expand outward from Ethereum; small amounts of GHO/sGHO can be instantly exchanged on supported networks, while large transactions and liquidity rebalancing are routed through the adapter. Venus is also on the adoption list, officially described as the leading lending protocol on BNB Chain, thus LINK, AAVE, and BNB correspond to infrastructure, applications, and operating networks respectively.
This is like turning multiple transfers into a single ticket, but it does not mean cross-chain risks disappear. Failure message handling, target vault logic, and liquidity on both ends still need verification; "over 80 chains accessible" does not mean every vault immediately opens all chains and assets, and protocol tokens do not directly equate to usage or revenue.

The price bounced from 1112 to 1224, looking quite strong, but the contract open interest decreased instead of increasing. What does this mean? It's not new longs entering, but shorts closing their positions. When shorts close, the price is artificially inflated; once they're done closing, who will take over?
The daily MA5 is at 1263, MA10 at 1313, two strong resistances pressing down hard. Falling from 1697, it hasn't even touched the moving averages with a decent rebound once. This is not a reversal, it's clearly a downtrend continuation.

BNB held near $738, which lifted BNB/ETH about 3.3% in seven days and 32.3% over a year. I can't say why from this data, and one week is thin. #BTCETFBiggestOutflow $ZEC, can we get a few more crashes like last night? 😭📉
After holding my short positions for more than two months, last night's drop finally gave me a little hope. But today's sudden surge has me worried all over again.
Every time ZEC pumps, it moves further away from my 843 entry price. At this point, I'm not even thinking about making a big profit anymore. I just want to know whether my liquidation price can hold long enough for me to get back to breakeven. This early morning drop, big brother $BTC is really ruthless.
Last night it was hovering around 83000, then after a night's sleep it directly dropped to 80400, with the three supports at 82000, 81500, and 81000 consecutively broken, then it rebounded back near 82000.
But I don't dare to consider this rebound a reversal for now.
There is some support around 80400, but the buying pressure isn't strong, and selling pressure remains obvious. Coupled with the Middle East situation, high oil prices, rising US Treasury yields, and ETF fund outflows, short-term pressure hasn't eased yet.
$ETH is even weaker; the key lifeline is around 2500, only by reclaiming 2600 can a recovery signal be considered.
$SOL is the thermometer of risk appetite; first watch for support at 115–117. Before the market stabilizes, high Beta assets are unlikely to strengthen independently.
So now, three sentences:
BTC watches 80400, ETH watches 2500, SOL watches sentiment.
If support holds, wait for a rebound; if support breaks, watch out for 79500–80000 or even 78000.
Don't rush to guess the bottom; wait for the market to prove there is buying interest.
The above is just my personal market notes and does not constitute trading advice. DYOR!

#跟着OKX打卡2049 #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 Finally closed the position! This trade took much longer than expected, and I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. 😳 The price action near the highs put me through quite a bit of torture, but fortunately, I managed to hold on. From now on, whatever $ZEC does, it's no longer my concern. I've taken quite a few losses shorting ZEC since last year, but this time I finally recovered all of them and even walked away with a small profit of around 10,000. Trading is ultimately a test of discipline and"Both bulls and bears guessed wrong, the market only recognizes reality"
The bulls insisted BTC would break 90,000, the bears stubbornly held that it would fall below 80,000. What happened? It neither went above 90,000 nor broke below 80,000. That move in the early morning was just tens of dollars away from 80,000, stubbornly stuck at 80.03, never dropping further.
When fear dominates, it falls to 80.05, and those going long might have fled. Only after fleeing did they realize it was just before dawn. When greed dominates, those shorting want to earn more, but the price turns upward, moving further away.
No matter how many times you were right before, you must respect the market. Many people, including myself, become blindly confident after winning many times, thinking they are always right, ignoring market reversals.
Last night I heard someone closed a short and opened a long position, floating losses of millions during the session, making people nervous. This market cures all kinds of arrogance and blind confidence. Right or wrong doesn't matter, survival does.
$BTC #TradingInsights #RespectTheMarket "Short at 1.4048, targeting a liquidity hunt in the $XRP long 100x leverage dense zone."
Dropped to 1.383, a 1.55% decline triggered a chain liquidation, with 155.18% floating profit realized under 100x leverage. Buy orders in the 1.38-1.40 range were wiped out, with sparse buy orders below; 1.35 may become the next liquidation target. High-frequency data suggests that after clearing long leverage, a volume-shrinking downtrend may appear.
Analysis: The mark price approaches 1.383, with volume expanding and decline confirming selling pressure. Given XRP's volatility characteristics, sharp drops followed by rebounds are both selling points; 1.4048 acts as a ceiling.
Strategy: The liquidation wave continues; lock in profits on base positions, chase profits down to 1.35. Defend at 1.38, do not chase shorts. $MORPHO
The focus of the Morpho line is not just the growth of the lending protocol, but the beginning of larger application scenarios for institutional-level on-chain credit.
In September, Coinbase launched fixed-rate crypto-collateralized loans supported by Morpho Midnight, allowing users to borrow USDC using BTC as collateral. Previously, Coinbase offered floating-rate loans through Morpho, with an active loan scale exceeding $1.4B and collateral around $3B.
On-chain data is also growing. As of October 9, Morpho's total deposits were about $16.66B, a 12.9% increase over 30 days; outstanding loans were about $5.73B, a 16.3% increase over 30 days.
But protocol growth does not necessarily mean the token will rise. MORPHO recently fell back from around $2.75, and short-term price confirmation is still needed.
I am more focused on whether it can stabilize above $2.50 after the pullback, confirming buying interest before considering entry, not rushing to catch the dip.
Entry: $2.38–$2.45 (after stopping the decline and volume confirmation)
Take profit: $2.58 / $2.70 / $2.82 / $2.95 / $3.10
Stop loss: $2.28This $PENGU short position is a turning point trade at the peak of an altcoin.

During the intraday plunge, I was still watching CASHCAT's rebound, but the rebound was weak, no one caught it going up, and the volume was pitifully low. The resistance above was obvious, the selling pressure softened as soon as it was pressed, so I directly signaled bearish, leaning bearish, don't hold hard under high pressure.
From 0.1556 all the way down to 0.1109, the short position yielded +574.55%. This rhythm was spot on, very comfortable. The previous bottoming was so annoying, this drop was so satisfying.
Panic comes from no plan, loss comes from overthinking.
First close 80%, keep the remaining 20% at cost price for protection, don't give back profits if it rebounds. Take profits when you should, let profits run if it continues to drop, don't be greedy for the last bit.
For friends who haven't gotten in yet, listen to me, now is not the time to rush, chasing shorts risks a rebound, wait for a more comfortable position in the next round. Better to miss a limit-up than to catch a falling knife and end up bleeding. There will be more opportunities later, I will notify you immediately.
$BNB $SOL On October 7, the U.S. spot $BTC ETF saw a single-day net outflow of $484.9 million, marking the largest record since June 25. BlackRock's IBIT led with an outflow of $207.7 million, followed by Fidelity's FBTC and ARKB with outflows of $105.1 million and $101.7 million respectively. This outflow erased the cumulative net inflow of $321.6 million from the first four trading days of October, turning the month into a net outflow of approximately $163 million.
The capital withdrawal coincided with the downward movement of BTC prices. Bitcoin fell for three consecutive days, once dropping to $80,427, a 17-day low. Outflows continued on October 8, with another $244.1 million withdrawn in a single day, totaling nearly $730 million over two days.
Previously, ETFs had seen net inflows for three consecutive weeks, accumulating $241.1 million, indicating a period of stable institutional allocation sentiment. A large single-day outflow does not necessarily indicate a long-term trend reversal, but attention is needed: outflows are concentrated in leading products and form a negative feedback loop with weakening prices. If BTC fails to stabilize, ETF redemption pressure may continue to suppress rebound momentum.

On-chain data doesn't lie: SOL's new wallets have surged 124%, daily active addresses have soared to 4.27 million, with 1.71 million new wallets entering every day. Fiserv just connected over 90 banks to the Solana network. The block time is set to reduce from 250ms to 200ms this Friday. "On days when Musk doesn't hype, $DOGE's decline is like a kite with a broken string, completely predictable."
Shorted at 0.08783, the main body dropped 3.47%, generating a floating profit of 173.06% under 50x leverage. Meme coin traffic is receding, the 0.085 support level is lost, and the mark price at 0.08479 is approaching lower levels. In the short term, without new narrative stimuli and with follower trades exhausted, 0.08783 has turned into strong resistance, and 0.08 forms the psychological bottom.
View: During the traffic lull, short positions dominate. The base position is risk-free, and the profit position targets a break below 0.08. The bottom line moves to 0.085, and rebounds above 0.087 lack strength. Do not catch the falling knife against the trend; trend-following shorts ride the main downwave. $BTC During the National Day holiday, it kept bouncing between 0.09 and 0.1 for several days. $DOGE's pattern was like clockwork, attracting people to enter and go long and short repeatedly, feeling like free money. I thought it wouldn't go up during the holiday, and it would definitely drop once the holiday ended. So I opened a short position at 0.097, and when it dropped to 0.093, I thought it would pull up again like the previous days before dropping! But what happened? I checked in the morning and it just crashed straight down."Mainstream stagnates, altcoins party, where exactly is the money?
No, what exactly is this market playing at?
BTC, ETH, and ZEC have all dropped badly, yet altcoins are mostly in the green with significant gains. Normally, if BTC drops 2%, altcoins should collectively go quiet, but instead, they're partying harder than anyone. ZEC is almost up triple digits—where is the money hiding?
I don't get it, really don't get it. Mainstream falls, altcoins rise, which means the money hasn't left, it's just switching venues. Funds are pulling out from large caps and diving into small caps to chase volatility. But this kind of market is the most treacherous: if you chase altcoins, they can die off anytime; if you hold mainstream, it keeps falling.
Trade? If you don't, you fear missing out; if you do, you fear catching the bag. My advice: don't rush to pick sides. No matter how well altcoins perform, it's just partial rotation, not a broad rally. If you want to play, test with small positions and set stop losses. Don't move large positions until mainstream stabilizes. Wait for BTC to give direction around 80,000 before deciding which way to lean.
The money hasn't disappeared, it's just gotten craftier. If you don't understand, move less; if you feel itchy, go small. Missing a wave isn't shameful; making a wrong move hurts your capital.

109.82 approaches 110, ecological benefits hardly mask the technical breakdown. 114.45 becomes the stage top, 0.618 retracement level 105 becomes the target. On the capital side, ETF expectation speculation recedes, spot selling pressure increases.
Logic: divergence continues, hold short base positions, target 105. Bottom line 110, reduce positions if 114 is surpassed. The ecosystem is not omnipotent, price returns to trend, 100x discipline rules, no bottom guessing. $ZEC $DOGE #BTC现货ETF创近三个半月最大单日净流出 How will the $BTC whales manipulate the next move?
Short term (48 hours): Most likely to fluctuate between 81,500 and 84,500. 83,600 is the short-term watershed—if it breaks out with volume, the target is 84,500-86,000; if it falls below 82,000, the target is 80,300-80,000.
Medium term: The two key dates are October 14 CPI (expected 3.7%) and October 28 FOMC. If CPI is below expectations and FOMC confirms a pause in rate hikes in October, risk assets will broadly rebound, and BTC is expected to lead a breakout rally. Conversely, if inflation data exceeds expectations, the next liquidation zone is expected around $75,000.
The biggest risks: ETF breakeven selling of 729 million + October rate hike path still steep + dense long liquidation risk between 81,700-83,300. This rally is supported by whale buying, but ETF holders may continue to sell at breakeven—if buying can't keep up, a pullback could happen anytime.
A heartfelt last word:
BTC is at 82,731 today, whales have hoarded 86,702 BTC in three weeks, exchange outflows hit a 7-month high, and funding rates turned negative—on-chain signals are bullish. But ETF breakeven triggered 729 million in selling, 90% of the 1 billion liquidations are longs, and US Treasury yields capped at 5.305%—all three risk signals are red. An analysis said it well: "Continuous capital outflow shows weak rebound; the core variable is that funding rates are still positive, leverage hasn't been fully cleaned." At 82,731, chasing highs is just handing gifts to the whales. Control your hands, wait for confirmation of a breakout above 84,500 or a breakdown below 81,500 before acting. Remember, surviving long in crypto is ten thousand times more important than making a lot of money! Meeting adjourned! How to play $BTC?
Long strategy (cautious): Wait for a pullback to 81,500-82,000 with a volume surge and a stop in the decline, enter at 81,500-82,000, stop loss below 80,300, target 83,600-84,500. Leverage 3-5x, position within 2%. Core logic: whales increased holdings by 86,702 BTC over three weeks + exchange outflows hit a 7-month high + funding rate turned negative.
Short strategy (risky): On a rebound to 83,400-84,500 with shrinking volume and a long upper shadow, enter at 83,400-84,500, stop loss above 85,000, target 82,000-81,500. Leverage 1-2x, position within 1%. Core logic: SAR resistance + ETF break-even selling + US Treasury yield at 5.305%.
Safest strategy (wait and see): 82,731 is indecisive. Upward resistance at 83,400-84,500, downward space at 82,000-81,500. Wait for confirmation of a breakout above 84,500 or a breakdown below 81,500 before taking action! Next week's CPI is coming, can BTC leverage this to hit 90,000?
Here is my current judgment.
I believe the recent decline has completed a round of bull liquidation. Currently, BTC has retaken the $82,000 level. If it can hold this position going forward, I am more inclined to think this adjustment phase is over.
The focus next week is on the CPI, but I care more about the market's reaction after the data is released.
The data is just a catalyst; what truly determines how far the market can go is the actual choice of market funds. If BTC can hold $82,000 and continue to strengthen after the CPI release, I believe there is a chance to launch an attack on $90,000.
Conversely, if BTC weakens after the data release or loses the $82,000 level, then this expectation needs to be reassessed.
My current thinking is: watch for stability at $82,000, watch the market reaction to CPI, and $90,000 is the target. $BTC Analysis of Market Reversal Under Anti-Human Nature Game Theory
It's the weekend again, and overall market liquidity has clearly weakened. In such a shallow vacuum period, extreme "up and down spikes" often occur.
Looking back at the same period in previous years (such as 10.11), the market experienced extreme washouts with amplitudes as high as 15%. The market has memory and is anti-human nature. When most retail investors become overly defensive due to historical shadows, even positioning short orders in advance, the main force often chooses to operate in the opposite direction.
Reverse deduction: Since history shows extreme downward probes, will this time see an unexpected "short squeeze" reversal?
Combining the current market, BTC is currently oscillating around 82700. After falling from the high of 87399, the KDJ indicator has entered the oversold area near 31, and there is indeed a technical need for repair. In a low liquidity environment, the damage from both long and short liquidations is enormous. $BTC $ETH $ZEC #9月FOMC纪要公布,多数官员倾向再加息 $BTC Dog Whales' Conspiracy — Three Hidden Currents, All Cutting Retail Investors!
Conspiracy One: The biggest trap is selling as soon as the ETF breaks even. Bloomberg analysts estimate the average cost for ETF holders at $81,722. When the price rebounds to the breakeven point, investors choose to lock in their principal rather than seek higher profits. This cost basis has become a psychological resistance level that hinders further buying.
Conspiracy Two: Institutions short near 81,000, then reverse to liquidate leveraged longs. 90% of the $1 billion liquidations are long positions. Smart institutional money shorts near 81,000, with a clear main intent: using macro bearish news as a shovel to specifically clean out leveraged retail investors chasing the rally.
Conspiracy Three: Continuous capital outflow, rebound lacks buying support. A net outflow of 3.8 billion over 7 days, and over 4.1 billion in 15 days. The ongoing capital flight indicates a weak rebound. Upcoming events on October 14 (CPI) and October 28 (FOMC), against a backdrop of weak buying power, will determine whether BTC can hold its ground and decide its short-term fate. $BTC contract data — funding rates turn negative, shorts are paying longs!
First, both CEX and DEX funding rates have collectively turned negative. The 8-hour average funding rate for BTC is about -0.0044%, with one major exchange dropping to around -0.00215%, a nine-month low. Negative funding rates mean shorts have to pay longs.
Second, open interest has dropped to $52.57 billion, down 3.27% in 24 hours. Leverage has decreased, but during periods when funding rates are still positive, it means longs are still paying shorts and leverage hasn't been fully cleaned out. Historical bottoms in similar scenarios are characterized by funding rates turning negative and large short liquidations occurring in clusters.
Third, there were substantial Binance buy orders supporting the 81,000-81,250 range, but the price ultimately broke below this area, triggering a chain of liquidations and intensifying volatility. In the past 24 hours, total Bitcoin liquidations exceeded $1 billion, with $930 million from long positions. Breaking down $DOGE this week, the breakdown wasn't a slow grind but was forcefully smashed open by volume. This kind of structure looks much worse than a typical pullback.
Let's characterize this drop. In early October, the daily chart showed low volume sideways movement, with trading volume once shrinking below 300 million, and the price stuck in a narrow range between 0.093 and 0.096; on the 7th and 8th, volume suddenly surged with consecutive sharp drops, trading volume expanding from 866M to 1080M — the largest single day in nearly half a month — with daily declines of 5% and 5.6% respectively over two days, and over 10% lost in a week. The high and low structure built since mid-September was completely wiped out, and intraday on the 8th it even dropped to 0.0811. The low-volume range was smashed open by high volume, direction clearly downward. Now let's look at the fundamentals.
On-chain large holders (those holding between one million and one hundred million coins) have collectively reduced their holdings by 100 million coins since Tuesday, and contract large orders are also selling — the big players are withdrawing, and those taking over are not the main forces but a pile of retail long positions with poor quality support. This characterizes today's rebound, which only bounced back less than 1%. The resistance band at 0.086 is still pressing down, and the price is hovering around the 0.084 line.
After the breakdown, the rebound is weak, and above are all trapped positions. So no conditions on the right side are met. The resistance band formed by several mid-term moving averages between 0.086-0.088 must be reclaimed to see a turnaround; above that are the key levels of 0.093 and 0.10; below, if the daily close breaks 0.084, the next targets are 0.078 and 0.070. No bottom guessing, let the volume speak.$ZEC — Can we get a few more sharp drops like last night? 😩 After holding my short position for over two months, I finally saw a glimmer of hope last night. But today's sudden surge has me worried all over again. Every time ZEC pumps, the price moves even further away from my $843 entry. At this point, I honestly don't know whether my position can survive long enough for me to break even. Two months of waiting, endless ups and downs, and still no clear way out. I'm exhausted from this trade. WiTonight's Review|46.3, Hawks Have Nothing to Say Tonight
Two data points came out, and the results are quite interesting.
University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Preliminary is **46.3**, significantly below expectations (expected 47.8, previous 48.1), declining for the third consecutive month. Americans are losing confidence in the economy, with the low-income group’s confidence dropping the most.
But inflation expectations are rising again: 1 year at 4.7%, 5 years at 3.5%, continuing upward. Weak economy + strong inflation expectations — the Fed’s most troublesome combination.
Schmid remains consistently hawkish, just voted against a rate cut. But the market isn’t buying it tonight: once the data came out, the October no-rate-hike was fully priced in.
BTC’s reaction is the most honest: **83,032, up 1.57%, decisively breaking through 82,500**. This afternoon we said 82,500 is the weekly critical level; only by holding above it is it a true breakout — and tonight it held above. ETH at 2,492, up 0.68%, not falling behind.
In short: data leans dovish, hawks step aside, bulls can sleep well tonight. See you tomorrow morning on "Three Minutes Before the Market Open."
