Recently, the price has experienced waves of fluctuations, forming multiple alternating highs and lows. Mosquitoes don't make noise when sucking blood; they only buzz when they can't get any. The market is the same. When the trend moves smoothly, it stays quiet without fuss. Only when it stalls, faces resistance, or when bulls and bears tug back and forth, does it oscillate with constant noise. So all those twists and turns indicate accumulation at low levels.
