制度进展能降低不确定性，但长期定价仍取决于真实支付需求和资金净流入。若利好落地后现货买盘继续扩散，价格才可能摆脱消息驱动。
若利好兑现即放量回落，或杠杆升温而现货不跟，我会下调判断。
