Many people criticize Dogecoin for unlimited issuance, but I think the criticism is misdirected.
$DOGE has a fixed annual issuance of 5 billion coins, which sounds scary, but the total supply is already over 140 billion coins, so that’s less than 4% dilution. The base grows bigger every year, so the inflation rate decreases year by year, and it will be even lower after ten years.
