BTC halving is a one-time supply cut in half, a sudden change; FIL is a linear gradual decay, and the expectation has long been priced in by the market, so there is no sudden bonus.
The main selling pressure for FIL comes from staking unlocks, not just block rewards. Simply reducing supply slowly, as long as real paid demand does not keep up, it is still difficult to reverse the market.
