There is voting power but the accounts still need to be settled.
The value of $UNI governance rights depends on what changes it can bring about.
Holders can manage protocol upgrades and the treasury through governance, and these decisions affect how the project is operated.
What I think is worth paying attention to is whether, after the budget is spent, there is a return in sustained usage and revenue. A proposal passing only means the decision was made; it does not mean the money.
