$RSR SPIKED TO 0.003150, THEN PULLED BACK TO 0.002178. One giant green 4h candle left the 0.001473 low far behind, and red candles followed. I respect where price settles more than where it spikes.
Is 0.002178 a base forming, or just a pause?
