Avalanche’s appeal increasingly comes from its flexibility for specialized applications and financial infrastructure rather than simply being another general-purpose Layer-1. That positioning could become valuable as blockchain use cases become more application-specific. The risk is ecosystem fragmentation: strong individual deployments are useful, but sustained liquidity, developers and users across the broader Avalanche economy remain essential.
