Outflow data isn't a short signal — it's a caution signal. The futures market always acts like this before a big move.
Until BTC sees net inflow again on the daily, any long is a lottery. But shorting at the bottom of an outflow is just as dumb.
I'd wait for the 24h outflow to get cut in half. Then I'd look long. Until then, I'm sitting on my hands.
Who's already positioned, and who's waiting for the flow to turn?

合约市场这次是真的在撤！不是吓你，数据已经开始发红。
$BTC 24小时净流出5.88亿，30天更是流出51.86亿；$ETH 24小时流出4.13亿，30天流出29.29亿；$SOL 也没扛住，24小时流出5320万。
更关键的是，这不是单纯一天的情绪波动。
$BTC 从30分钟到30天，基本一路净流出；$ETH、$SOL也是中长期持续失血。说明合约市场的钱，正在明显往外撤，杠杆资金的风险偏好已经降下来了。
但盘面也不是铁板一块。
$BTC、$ETH 5分钟还有小幅资金回流，$ZEC更离谱，24小时反而净流入5944万，成了少数逆势吸金的品种。
我的判断很直接：现在别急着把短线反弹当反转。
资金没回来之前，追多就是在跟趋势硬刚。真正值得盯的是：$BTC这轮流出什么时候开始收窄，$ETH和$SOL能不能止血。
如果继续流，下一波可能不是跌多少的问题，而是谁先扛不住。
