Why it’s bouncing
September closed green. $BTC +7%, best September in years. Q3 was the real move: BTC +40%+, ETH +70%.
ETF streak broke into month-end. Sep 30: BTC funds −$149M, ETH −$60M, SOL −$11M. Monday inflows cooled ~80% but stayed green on some desks.
Fear & Greed 72. Mcap ~$2.9–3.0T.
$SOL: Open USD live, $1B liquidity committed.
$ETH: MetaMask incident forced staking exits. No funds lost.
Macro: Friday jobs. Yields still heavy.
Jobs print is the catalyst. Closes, not the open.

just kept refreshing the first Arc bounty receipt on @vangrid_io and the deadline was already tight...
@vangrid_io said the USDC would come back to the same wallet if nothing got accepted.
i keep going back and forth on whether that refund path is the part that actually matters. most boards leave you opening tickets when a job dies.
here cancel or expiry just returns the money on the chain you paid, no extra account. the agent posts with one call, pays the 402, and either picks a submission or the capital comes home.
the slow bit is still there though... reconstruction only starts after you accept, and the model can sit for over an hour.
feels odd next to a normal API response. but the walk already happened, faces got blurred on the phone before the clip left the device, and the hash was set at record time.
so the wait is for the 3D, not for trust in the capture itself. still dropping small ones to see how often the loop closes clean.
anyone else let an agent bounty hit expiry and watched the USDC return without chasing it?
