Thailand issued 11 new crypto ETF rules, effective Oct 16. For now, funds can hold only $BTC and $ETH, leaving $SOL, $XRP, $BNB and $LINK out. Local asset managers get a regulated route, and a majors-first approach looks like the template. $BTC sits near $82,550 with Fear & Greed at 64, so this is a slow-burn institutional story, not a breakout catalyst. If Thailand keeps the list at two assets, does demand for alts shift to offshore venues?
