$FIL jumped ~13%, while tracked spot flow stayed slightly negative: $31.61M in vs $31.96M out. The fuel came elsewhere—bullish perpetual positioning, with OKX whale-position ratio around 1.75.
Translation: leverage is pulling harder than spot conviction.
That can extend a rally. It can also make the floor slippery.
