About TrumpRenamesAItoSI
Trump signed an executive order on Sept 29 directing US agencies to use “Super Intelligence” (SI), rather than AI, in official communications, policy and non-legislative documents. Agencies must propose a federal SI definition and related legislative recommendations within 60 days. Tech leaders also met at the White House as major AI firms signed voluntary safety commitments. Will the shift reshape US AI policy and governance?

#TrumpRenamesAItoSI This looks like a rebrand, but the bigger story is what comes next 👀
“Super Intelligence” already means something specific in tech: systems beyond human capability. Now US agencies must build an official SI definition within 60 days.
What caught my attention is the policy impact. Once language changes, definitions can shape rules, funding and oversight.
The name may be symbolic today. The definition could matter much more tomorrow.

I think this $SI has one very obvious difference from the previous SI: it was created on OTC, while OTC itself provides a Tokenized Stock Rewards mechanism.

In addition, I think the core catalyst this time was first and foremost the White House SI Event.
On September 29, the Trump administration held an event centered around Super Intelligence and pushed to rename Artificial Intelligence as Super Intelligence. Elon Musk, Jensen Huang, and other tech executives were also present. This event made SI a very strong Attention keyword in a short period of time.
And this SI happened to appear around September 29, so the market directly mapped the real-world Attention from:White House 12; Super Intelligence 12; AI Companies 12; SI
onto this new Token.
So its initial rise was essentially:Real-World Event 12; SI Keyword Explosion 12; Ticker Capture 12; Trading Volume 12; Momentum
From the data, this mapping has clearly been very successful. The SI is currently around a $3.55M market cap (it nearly reached $10M at its peak), with $18.8M in 24h Volume, a +2148.6% 24h gain, and more than 12,160 Holders.
But what really makes this Token interesting to me is that there is another layer of OTC19s economic mechanism behind it.
Its trading fees are distributed according to OTC19s mechanism:67.5% to Holders, 10% to Desk, 5% to Protocol, 10% to OTC Buybacks, 5% to OTC Holders, and another 2.5% to Account Rent.
And SI19s Holder Rewards are already actively running.
The reward assets include:OPENAI 12; NVDAx 12; ANTHROPIC 12; GOOGLx 12; SPCXx 12; METAx
The page currently shows that 505.66 SOL worth of OPENAI has already been distributed to Holders, with 858.34 SOL in total Fees Earned, along with ongoing recent reward distributions.
This makes this SI different from an ordinary Meme.
The logic of a normal Meme is:SI Attention 12; Trading 12; Price
But this SI on OTC adds another layer:SI Attention 12; Trading 12; Fees 12; Tokenized Stocks 12; Holder Rewards
In other words, the market is now trading two things at the same time.
The first layer is the SI Narrative:Trump 12; Super Intelligence 12; White House 12; AI Companies 12; SI
The second layer is the OTC Economic Mechanism:SI Trading 12; Fees 12; Tokenized Stocks 12; Holder Rewards
And the reward assets themselves are also highly relevant to the AI Narrative of SI. OPENAI, NVDAx, ANTHROPIC, GOOGLx, and METAx are all important assets in the current AI / Tech narrative.
So this SI is now more like:AI Narrative + Meme + Tokenized Stock Rewards
That19s why I don19t think it can simply be understood as 2another SI Meme.2
What makes it interesting is that real-world SI Attention is being mapped on-chain and then converted through OTC19s mechanism into a second layer of economic activity:White House SI Event 12; SI Meme 12; Trading 12; OTC Fees 12; Tokenized AI / Tech Stocks
If SI continues to receive Attention from Trump, the White House, Elon, or other AI companies, trading volume could continue to increase, and higher trading volume would mean more fees and more Tokenized Stock Rewards.
In theory, this could even form:SI Attention 12; Trading Volume 12; Fees 12; Stock Rewards 12; Holder Attention 12; Trading Volume
Of course, we cannot say that this loop has been fully established yet.
The biggest variable right now is still SI19s own Attention.
If the narrative continues to spread, with more government agencies, technology companies, and media outlets adopting the term, this Meme still has room to capture more Attention.
But if SI turns out to be only a short-term narrative driven by the September 29 event, then once trading volume declines, the OTC Stock Rewards will decline as well.
In other words, OTC19s mechanism can amplify Attention, but it cannot replace Attention.
There is also another very important distinction:Tokenized Stock Rewards 12; SI19s fundamental revenue.
These stock rewards essentially come from the distribution of OTC trading fees. They do not mean that the SI project itself owns assets, revenue, or equity in OpenAI, NVIDIA, Anthropic, or other companies.
So my current definition of this new SI is fairly simple:It is first and foremost a White House SI Event-driven Meme, with its initial rise driven by real-world Attention. But because it was created on OTC, it also has an additional Trading Fees 12; Tokenized Stock Rewards economic mechanism.
That is what makes it more interesting than an ordinary SI Meme.
What really needs to be watched now are two things:Can the SI Narrative continue to spread, and can OTC trading volume remain sustainable?
If the first happens, SI can continue capturing Attention. If the second also happens, that Attention can continue to be converted into real trading fees and Tokenized Stock Rewards.
So what is being traded now is no longer simply:
"Is SI a popular Meme?"
It is:
"Can SI continue to become the primary on-chain Meme for the new Super Intelligence keyword, while OTC turns that Attention into real economic activity?"
If both of these things can work together, the potential of this SI would be significantly greater than that of a purely event-driven Meme.

Washington just renamed AI. The rulebook has not changed, at least not yet.
On September 29, President Trump signed an Executive Order directing US executive departments and agencies to use “Super Intelligence” or “SI” in place of “Artificial Intelligence” or “AI” across official correspondence, public communications, websites, reports, policy documents and other non-statutory materials.
For now, this is more of a terminology shift than a legal reset.
• For purposes of the order, SI follows the existing statutory definition of AI
• Previously issued regulations, Presidential actions, contracts, grants and historical documents do not need to be rewritten
• The order applies to the executive branch, not to the entire US legal system
• The White House will develop a proposed federal definition of SI and identify potential additional executive actions
The announcement also followed a White House meeting with major technology leaders. Participating companies agreed to voluntary frontier-model safety measures, including internal controls, independent external assessments and board-level oversight.
For crypto markets, the order does not introduce new requirements for tokens, exchanges, stablecoins or DeFi. But it is still a policy signal worth watching.
AI and crypto increasingly intersect across the financial stack: market analytics, fraud prevention, identity, payments, settlement and programmable assets. As advanced AI becomes more embedded in economic infrastructure, the policy choices around innovation, security and accountability may carry broader implications for both traditional and digital markets.
The immediate market impact may be limited. The longer-term message is clearer: frontier technology is becoming a more visible part of US economic and strategic policy.
Are you already using AI tools for crypto research and trading, or do you still prefer to make every call yourself?
