Tokenized stocks are moving beyond price tracking.
A new onchain offering gives eligible investors tokens backed 1:1 by real US shares, with applicable shareholder rights and dividends. The next step could be using tokenized equities as collateral in DeFi.
That raises a bigger question: will tokenization bring new capital onchain — or mostly move existing investors into a new wrapper?
