We’re currently seeing a clear cyclic pattern:
Shorts open → price fails to react → price pushes higher → shorts are forced to cover → market buys hit the book.
This creates further upside pressure, but it’s important to distinguish this from genuine buying intent.
🔶 Spot CVD remains largely flat, meaning spot buyers are still not meaningfully participating in the move.
