Looking at the 30-minute chart is very intuitive. After an initial drop hitting the low point at 80393, there was a rebound correction, but don't take it directly as a reversal. This rebound has been grinding within a small consolidation zone, with the price hovering near the short-term moving averages. The upward momentum is clearly insufficient, more like a pullback after a big drop.
Entry: If the rebound can't break the resistance level, consider setting up short positions.
Stop loss: Place it above the high point of this rebound.
Chan Theory Structure:
At the 30-minute level, a complete downward move was made earlier, hitting the low at 80393, followed by the formation of a secondary rebound small consolidation zone. Currently, the price is trapped oscillating inside this newly formed small consolidation and has not reclaimed the previous large purple consolidation zone above, indicating heavy overhead pressure. Although the moving averages are turning upward, this is a corrective pattern after a decline and does not represent a strong bullish trend. If this small consolidation breaks downward, a new downward move will begin.
Wyckoff Volume-Price Observation:
Compared to the volume surge during the previous decline, the volume during this rebound has not effectively increased. The buying interest during the rally is weak, with candlesticks mostly alternating between small bearish and bullish. This shows that the funds in the market are more passively covering positions rather than new capital aggressively pushing prices higher, indicating weak bullish momentum.
Core Observation:
Focus closely on the upper and lower boundaries of this rebound small consolidation. If it cannot break upward through resistance, maintain a bearish bias; only a volume-backed breakout above the small consolidation can change the current corrective pattern.
