Q: What is an OKX Card fee voucher?
An OKX Card fee voucher is a discount that applies to the fee for your first OKX Card. You can only use it toward your first card fee.
Q: Who can receive an OKX Card fee voucher?
Qualified users can receive an OKX Card fee voucher. If you’re eligible, you’ll see the voucher in the Offer list in the OKX app.
Q: How do I use my voucher?
Your voucher is automatically applied when you check out for your first OKX Card. You don’t need to enter a code or select the voucher manually.
Note: the voucher only applies to your first card fee.
Q: Where can I find my voucher?
Open the OKX app and go to Offer list. You’ll see your available voucher there if your account qualifies.
Q: Will the voucher expire?
Yes. Expiry time is always displayed on the voucher details.
Note: use your voucher before it expires. Expired vouchers can’t be applied at checkout.
Q: How much discount will I receive?
The voucher amount is shown in your Offer list and will be applied automatically at checkout. Voucher amounts are subject to change.
Q: Why wasn’t my voucher applied at checkout?
Check that you’re paying the fee for your first OKX Card and that the voucher hasn’t expired. If the issue continues, contact OKX Support.
