It invests in fixed income markets of global region. The fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-rate high yield corporate bonds that are rated below Baa3 by Moody’s, or below BBB- by S&P or Fitch and have at least one year remaining to maturity. It seeks to track the performance of the BlackRock High Yield Systematic Bond Index, by using representative sampling technique. iShares Trust - iShares High Yield Systematic Bond ETF was formed on July 11, 2017 and is domiciled in the United States.
