Market rules
As of market creation, Amazon is estimated to release earnings on October 29, 2026. The fixed Street consensus threshold for Amazon's GAAP EPS is $2.00. This market resolves Yes only if Amazon reports GAAP EPS strictly greater than $2.00 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release; otherwise it resolves No. First use the GAAP EPS in the company's initially published official earnings documents. GAAP EPS means diluted GAAP EPS, or basic GAAP EPS if diluted is not published. If the official documents do not provide GAAP EPS, use the GAAP EPS reported by Seeking Alpha (https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AMZN/earnings). If no qualifying GAAP EPS is available within 96 hours after 4:00 PM ET on the earnings announcement date, resolve No. If Amazon does not release earnings within 45 calendar days after October 29, 2026, resolve No. Round all figures to the nearest cent using standard rounding. IFRS EPS is treated as GAAP EPS. Later restatements, corrections, or revisions do not change resolution except an obvious and immediate correction to the initial release. Figures are in USD unless otherwise indicated. For an internationally listed issuer, use the U.S.-traded share, ADR, or ADS unit.
