Evernorth just cleared a major XRP milestone.
Armada II shareholders approved the Evernorth merger, with the deal expected to close Oct. 7.
At closing, Evernorth expects about 473M XRP and more than $1B raised across the transaction and related placements.
Nasdaq trading under $XRPN is expected Oct. 8, subject to remaining closing conditions.
The bigger question: how much institutional XRP exposure follows?
